Overview And Responsibilities
 
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a creative director in a consumer products environment, working with design, art direction, and brand initiatives, as well as have a network of relationships within the creative community. The VP Creative Director should have leadership and business skills, as well as a keen sense of style and passion for beautiful products, retail, and cannabis.
 
Work with President/Co-Founder and CMO to establish a maintain and evolve the creative vision and tone that executes the brand communication strategy. Create tools and communications that relay this vision of MedMen to consumers
 Lead the creative team (Design, Content, Copy, and Photography) and provide strategic vision championing the brand internally and externally
 This position is responsible for the direction of our creative for all channels. Create fully integrated campaigns that are executed through all our in-store, out-of-store and digital channels.
 Oversee and develop the visual aesthetic of all MedMen marketing materials and assets
 Maintain consistency of MedMen brand identity: includes look and feel for all consumer-facing creative implemented for full campaigns (OOH, online, social, grassroots, email, print and all other platforms
 Lead and approve all creative briefs and final creative from designers and contractors/agencies.
 Evolve the visual design of the website, pushing the aesthetic and user experience towards increased relevance, traffic, and ultimate product purchase
 Responsible for creative research and ideation, including comparable campaigns, cues copy and concepts
 Develop creative strategy presentations that show the development of digital concepts and usability
 
Requirements
 
10+ years' professional creative design and advertising experience, including at least 5 years of management and branding / creative direction experience.
 Must have experience in consumer products and packaging development
 Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

We are aggressively expanding into multiple states and are seeking candidates capable of leading multiple construction projects from their conception through to equipment installation.
Manage company efforts throughout entire life-cycle of construction projects:

<li>Leads all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality &amp; risk) of all assigned construction projects including planning, design, permits, construction, occupancy and closeout.</li>
<li>Plans, organizes, and prepares reports to upper management regarding the status and/or progress of the projects.</li>
<li>Develop schematic designs based on the production requirements including but not limited to facility floorplans, equipment list/information (schedule), and building assessments with the support of the company’s engineering department. <li>Manage the projects’ review and approval process to ensure appropriate completion of all design work. Review pre-construction documents and submits comments to Designer as necessary.</li>
<li>Develop, maintain, and enforce project budgets. Monitors the project budget on a bi-weekly basis and ensures that the budget accurately reflects the project status/progress.</li>
<li>Capable of doing plans “take-off” and finding competitive unit prices to estimate construction costs.</li>
<li>Lead creation of work plans and CPM schedules in collaboration with project team. Update project schedules (CPM) on a weekly basis to assure time control using provided scheduling tool (Microsoft Project).</li>
<li>Manage, oversee, and coordinate the project’s procurement process including identifying construction’s goods/services needed, select vendor/provider, submit purchase requisitions, identifying lead times and coordinate deliveries with the support of the company’s engineering department.</li>

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
Receive the orders of fertilizers and mix of fertilizers, ensure the proper disposal of containers and keep the Fertilizer Room clean and organized.
 Daily collection of water samples for testing pH, EC and drainage percentage to present to the Senior Grower.
 Clean, maintain and repair the irrigation systems and its parts such as Irrigation lines, valves, diaphragms and filters.
 Collect information about coming orders of bio controls and/or bees and ensure they are distributed and placed correctly and timely.
 Monitor the effectiveness of the pollination.
 Prepare the mixes for the spray applications.
 Calibrate the sprayers and ensure volumes and doses used are according to Grower’s recommendation.
