Cure Pennsylvania will operate three medical marijuana dispensaries in Lancaster, Fort Washington, and Phoenixville Pennsylvania starting in early 2018. To serve our patients, Cure carries a wide assortment of Pennsylvania Department of Health approved medical marijuana in various forms such as vaporization, pill, tincture, oil, topical, and concentrate. ROLE SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Retail Patient Consultant (PC) position’s primary responsibility is to provide friendly, professional and compassionate customer service to our patients . The key responsibilities are to check-in patients and verify their Pennsylvania issued identification and MMJ card, complete accurate and compliant transactions and fulfillment of patient orders by providing extraordinary customer service. The Patient Consultant also supports our medical professional team to address patient questions and supports our compliance efforts by completing regular inventory counts and audits.
This position is part time with 16-24 hours per week and shifts are scheduled between 8:30am-7pm. Weekend availability is required. Please indicate in your cover letter which times and days of the week you are available to work.

This position is moderately active and requires prolonged standing, sitting, and walking for the duration of the shift. This position requires the ability to lift/push/pull up to 30 pounds.
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a part time non-exempt position of approximately 16-24 hours per week in a medical marijuana dispensary open seven days per week. Rotating shifts as well as holiday and work during inclement weather may be required. This position reports to the Dispensary Manager. Weekend availability is required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
All employees must successfully pass the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program 2-hour compliance training within 7 days of hire.
