Dispensary Supervisor

Rocky Road Aurora is accepting applications for a Dispensary Supervisor.

The Dispensary Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site by providing support to all floor staff and Customers. The person in the role is responsible for adhering to regulatory standards of the State of Colorado and internal policies created by the Company.REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be have a Key badge through the Marijuana Enforcement Division, and be willing to get fingerprinted in Aurora. Must be willing to attend Responsible Vendor Training.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to commit to a 90 day period without any absences or attendance concerns.
• College Degree / Equivalent. Also including Metrc Compliance Training.
• 2 to 4 years of applicable, significant experience including retail/sales & or cannabis industry experience.
• Flexible schedules (nights/weekends/holidays).
• Excellent customer service skills. With a fun, outgoing personality. (Team Player attitude)
• Professional appearance, Honest and hardworking.
• Familiarity with Colorado MED regulations and Aurora MED rules and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a presence on the sales floor at all time to provide support to employees and customers.
• Management of inventory control and loss prevention– including audits, receiving product and resolving any inventory issues that may arise.
• Reviews and verifies floor stock and supply product to the floor.
• Prepares deposits, reconcile registers and overall cash control.
• Responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Responsible for merchandising and overall store cleanliness.
• Communicates marketing promotions to sales staff.
• Analyzes data to assist with ordering product.
• Partners with upper management to ensure product and store allocations provide a cohesive strategy and brand experience to drive sales revenue opportunities.
