Pauley Construction is looking for experienced Underground Utility Construction Supervisor in the Brighton, Colorado Area. Experience working as a supervisor or lead over various construction crews is preferred. Ideal candidate will have the ability to lead multiple teams to meeting their goals while operating under various timelines and working with many different obstacles. Experience working in Underground Utility Construction is preferred. This is a full-time; FLSA Exempt, benefits eligible position and reports directly to the Superintendent.

Job Description:

The position of a Supervisor within the structure of Pauley Construction is to manage three to four crews consisting of crew leaders or foremen. The type of work would generally consist of repetitive and redundant work assignments that would exist in a Superintendent’s structure. Three to five Supervisors may report to a Superintendent depending on the complexity of the work assignment. This position must also be able to communicate with external customers including city inspectors and personnel. This position will be responsible for coordinating pre-construction meetings and keeping safety and production records along with doing as-builds.

Functionary Role:

The main objective of a Supervisor is to directly manage each crew and type of work assigned. The three main focus areas are safety, quality and meeting or exceeding production requirements as established by the Superintendent and Area Manager.

Financial Responsibilities:

<li>Coordinates with the Superintendent to invoice jobs in a timely manner as established in company policy and area goals for each job.</li>

Safety/Risk Management:
<ul>
<li>Each Supervisor will ensure that all company safety policies, OSHA, DOT and any special requirements of a project are in compliance with each crew assignment.</li>
<li>All accident investigations, including job damage, employee injury and vehicle accidents will be the responsibility of the Supervisor and Superintendent.</li>
<li>Attends all safety meetings with the Superintendent and crews assigned to the Supervisor.</li>
<li>Attends all in-house training and out-sourced training as adopted in the company policy.</li>
<li>Is responsible along with the Superintendent for all property owner complaints and personally investigates all complaints.</li>
<li>Assures 100% adherence to all company safety policies.</li>
</ul>
Bidding – Pricing:

The position of Supervisor is NOT authorized to bid and price work.

Facilities:

The Supervisor will assist the Superintendent in keeping all office, yard, shop, job sites and storage areas in a neat and orderly condition.

Operational Structure:

Crew leaders and foremen will report to a Supervisor. Multiple subcontractors may be assigned to a Supervisor.

Customer Relations:

In general, the Superintendent is responsible for customer relations. However, geographic assignments within a Superintendent’s structure may require the Supervisor to have limited customer responsibilities. These responsibilities will be communicated by the Superintendent.

Procurement:

The Supervisor will only order material and equipment as directed by the Superintendent.

Human Relations/Employee Development:

The Superintendent and Area Manager are responsible for all career path and development training as adopted in company policies.

Equipment Management/Equipment Needs:

<li>The Supervisor will communicate all equipment needs to the Superintendent. This includes repair, maintenance and rental needs.</li>
<li>The Supervisor will keep all trucks and equipment in a clean condition.</li>

Underground Construction Supervisor

Possible $3000.00 Signing Bonus

Based on Triple Play Cable Experience and performance requirements.

While no experience is necessary, paid training is provided. Upon completion of training program, Technicians will work independently within the community providing exceptional customer service. Earning potential between $600 to $1,000 a week based on on productivity efficiency.

Cable Installation Essential Duties Include:

Summary/Objective
 
The Project Manager will work within the Construction and Development team focusing on multiple nationwide manufacturing and distribution facilities including ground up and renovation projects. The right candidate will have extensive construction project management experience, ideally for industrial projects, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction project planning and execution, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality. The Project Manager will be involved from cradle to grave of each project including assisting the acquisitions team in site selection, due diligence, design review, entitlement approvals, architect, engineers, and construction manager selection and oversight.
 
This position will report directly to the VP of Construction and Development and will work with the COO, operations team, design team and company President to carry out the vision.

Lead the planning and construction of all manufacturing and distribution development projects in multiple states
 Direct responsibility and accountability for project budget, schedule, scope, and quality for multiple industrial projects (4-5) at a time

 Work with the company’s internal operation team to facilitate the design and construction of custom state of the art cultivation facilities and distribution buildings.

 Review and track deliverables provided from the design team to ensure specs are being followed

 Assist in developing the design spec book and create best practices for construction
 Monitor and report on the progress of the projects to internal and external stakeholders
 Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
 Monitor and negotiate change orders in conjunction with company leadership
 Recommend strategy alternatives to improve schedule and budget during the construction process
 Manage and ensure quality vendor relationships for company expansion

Required Education and Experience
 
Ten or more years of project management experience with at least 5 year of ground up industrial developments. Skills Required: Ensure orders are processed accurately and promptly. Follow recipes carefully. Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items. Mixing, forming and baking techniques using a very strict SOP, which must be followed with painstaking accuracy. Maintains inventory levels for reordering and coordinates with buyers on what is needed. Ensures inventory is organized, available and ready for use. Audits inventory on a regular basis and enters data into the database. Serves as a liaison with the retail shops. Coordinates storage and disposal of cannabis products. Oversee and assist in the execution of regular meetings with kitchen staff.
A processor of edible marihuana product shall comply with all the following to ensure safe preparation: Knowledge in safe food handling practices, described in the Michigan Health Code as well as be familiar with the rules and regulations as stated by LARA (Department of licensing and regulatory affairs with regards to processing marihuana infused products); with proof of ServSafe certificate. Documentation of training on food handling, including, but not limited to, allergens and proper sanitation and safe food handling techniques is required.
Must be familiar with FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), 21 U.S.C. section 2201 et seq. Safe Quality Food (SQF), 7.2 edition and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ISO 22000/ISO/TS 22002-1 (training in this area can be provided).

Production Coordinator

We are a well-known Cannabis Company in Colorado Springs looking to contract 3 or 4 Experienced trimmers.
Marijuana trimming requires very specific skills. Most of all, we are looking for experience, as trimming is a job that is often learned only by actually working with the plants. A knowledge of the anatomy of the marijuana plant and different strains, though, can also be helpful.
Some of the qualifications we are looking for in trimmers include:
