POSITION PURPOSE:
The production lead manages the daily tasks of the bakery, chocolate &amp; packaging team. These tasks include setting up, supervising and breaking down each workspace for each work task, managing work space, supporting and motivating the team, maintaining relevant production and packaging data / records and providing leadership on safety and GMPs. You will report to the General Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Ensure the daily production &amp; packaging schedules are up to date and executed. If unable to be met the schedule work with General Manager to make necessary adjustments based on priority and efficiency. Communicate changes with team.
-Coordinate set up of production and packaging lines for each task
-Ensure all product leaving packaging line meets quality standards
-Ensure production and packaging team members are on time, on track and on pace in tasks
-Record efficiency of tasks and enter data in spreadsheets / systems as required
-Ensure safety protocol and GMPs are adhered to and coach staff accordingly
-Provide leadership, direction and training to staff to continuously improve productivity, communication and morale
-Implement ideas to improve production and packaging processes and increase efficiency and share with team and GM
-Keep packaging inventory items organized and tidy
-Report potential inventory shortages to manager
-Raise staff issues to the general manager / HR as needed
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-2+ years supervisory experience in a production or warehouse setting
-Experienced and confident problem-solver
-Comfortable prioritizing and managing multi-functional tasks
-Can work effectively under pressure, and against strict time constraints
-Excellent written and oral communication
-Completion of high school education, associate's degree preferred

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
-Moving around the facility requires hours of standing and walking on hard surfaces

The Business Operations Team Member will be responsible for supporting both the office and field sides due to the large amount of overlap in responsibility. Summary/Objective
 
The Project Manager will work within Construction and Development team focusing on multiple nationwide high-end retail stores and regional company offices. Build-outs include ground up and tenant improvement projects. The right candidate will have fast-paced construction project management experience, ideally for high-end retail stores, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction project planning and execution, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality. The Project Manager will be involved from cradle to grave of each project including design review, zoning changes, plan check approvals, architect selection and oversight, and construction completion and turnover to the retail operations team.
 
This position will report directly to the VP of Construction and Development and will work with the COO, operations team, design team and company President to carry out the vision.

Direct responsibility and accountability for project budget, schedule, scope, and quality for multiple projects at a time
 Manage the process of selecting third parties and oversight of third parties to carry out all aspects of design review, plan check, and construction management.

 Work with the Director of Design to ensure company requirements for best in class, highly customized design-build projects.
 Prepare RFP’s and control the bid process of all vendors

 Assist in developing the design spec book and create best practices for construction
 Monitor and report on progress of the projects to internal and external stakeholders
 Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
 Monitor and negotiate change orders in conjunction with company leadership
 Recommend strategy alternatives to improve schedule and budget during the construction process
 Manage and ensure quality vendor relationships for company expansion

Required Education and Experience
 
Seven or more years of project management experience with at least 5 year of retail or class A tenant improvements.

Pauley Construction, Inc. is in need of an Underground Utility Crew Leader. This position will be based out of our Brighton, Colorado location. This is a Full-Time; FLSA Non-Exempt; Benefits eligible position reporting directly to the Crew Foreman. This position has limited supervisory responsibilities as well including assisting in managing crew timesheets, coordinating supplies, materials and work for a site, providing direction of work and ensuring the work site is safe and compliant with all federal, state, city and municipal standards.

Position Overview:

Position available consists of general utility worker duties (see description), coordinates a small 2-3 person team, required to place, install, repair or maintain utility systems as needed. Travel is required, but typically within the state. This individual must possess a basic understanding of utility systems, maps, prints, job skills, and leadership skills necessary to properly work with and lead a small team. Position will also include placing joint trench pipe, setting cable pedistals and handholes and pulling fiber optic cable.

This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding company production guidelines set by the immediate Foreman/Supervisor/Superintendent for the overall project or job site location.

This individual must have a valid driver’s license, pass all company drug testing, and adhere to all local, city/municipality, state, federal, OSHA, DOT, safety requirements and training provided by company. This position must have and provide adequate means of transportation to and from Pauley Construction, Inc. job site locations or yards. This individual must assume personal responsibility for the safety and overall condition of the job site.
