Job Summary
We are a connoisseur cannabis company that is looking for an experienced Trimmer to join our Locol family! Our growing methodology makes our end product easy to trim which makes this a fun and rewarding position. We are currently moving into an extended product line so there will be diversity in your daily routine. It is an exciting time for us here at Locol Love and we are looking for 1-2 passionate individuals who are ready to grow with us.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Must be able to reach a daily quota of product trimmed
* Must be able to follow instructions and take constructive critique from managers;
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
* Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and lift for long periods of time
* Must be able to use scissors and do a repetitive 'cutting motion' for hours at a time;
* Responsible for all clean-up of trim area at the end of each day
* Must shower and wear clean clothes to work as to not track pest or other elements from clothing and shoes into the facility. Scrubs may be required.
Qualifications and Skills
* Must posses a current MED support or key badge
* Must live in Colorado; Must be at least 21 years old; Must have a Colorado ID;
* Must be punctual and have a positive attitude
* Must have a strong work ethic
* Must exhibit strong organizational, tracking, and communication skills;
* Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience: 1 - 2yrs previous trimming (at home or licensed facility)
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Time: M-Th 8:30a-4p(harvest days 8-5), Fri 8:30a-3p
Compensation: $10/hour paid out for tryouts; $12/hour thereafter + wage increase based on productivity.
