Experienced Trimmer

We are a well-known Cannabis Company in Colorado Springs looking to contract 3 or 4 Experienced trimmers.

Marijuana trimming requires very specific skills. Most of all, we are looking for experience, as trimming is a job that is often learned only by actually working with the plants. A knowledge of the anatomy of the marijuana plant and different strains, though, can also be helpful.

Some of the qualifications we are looking for in trimmers include:

• Experience at a marijuana trimming job
• Knowledge of marijuana plant anatomy and strains
• Ability to focus on task for a long period of time
• Accuracy and consistency in trimming
• Trustworthiness
• Ability to accurately weigh and measure
• Current/Valid MED Badge

Some of the duties required for the trimmers include but not limited to;

• Keeps grow rooms and work areas clean/ sanitized and well maintained.
• Trims and bucks buds.
• Protects the quality of the products at ALL times.
• Recognizes contamination, and handles it according to protocol.
• Cleans grow rooms and all work areas.

FOLLOWS COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES AT ALL TIMES.

Experience:

• Harvesting/ Trimming: 1 year+ (Preferred)

License or certification:

• MED Badge (Required)
