Boutique creative agency seeks extremely organized, energized person to juggle multiple high demand ongoing deadlines for a list of exclusive modern-wellness clients; including The NOW massage boutique (4 locations in LA and rapidly expanding), as well as one of the most innovative high-calibur cannabis companies among others.You will be in charge of a wide and never-boring range of activities including: keeping no less than 50 projects accountable to tight deadlines in various stages of production (graphics, printing, approvals…), updating all project management software (Freedcamp, google docs, Later), managing schedules for press interviews, vetting and booking monthly influencers, establishing dynamic social cross promos with high-end brand partners, negotiate pricing with local printhouses, getting proofs, copywriting for various creative assets (promotions, postcards, social copy for @thenowmassage), and keeping the agency files up to date.
You: You thrive off of organization, live off of a daily to-do list and feel satisfied checking it off. You love to be a valued member of an extremely fast-moving team. You enjoy being productive, self-directed, autonomous but collaborate well with a group. You think dynamically, never take the first answer (you dig deeper, do the research, get a better price, more options). You are meticulous, triple checking your work. You are creative, have an eye for stylish brands, chic boutiques/coffee shops/IG accounts. You love to communicate and respond quickly to requests. You are capable of juggling many balls, keeping every project on calendar and routed to the right department on time (from department of request to creative to client on deadline). You are most comfortable taking initiative for your projects and will think ahead of what needs to be done before it is asked. Additionally helpful if you are good with content, whipping up a quick story for a client, doing an impromptu social shoot for a new retail item etc.

The Job: You will be the center of all projects, in charge of the timing, pushing projects to different hands (creative, review, revisions etc), managing the communications for partnerships, in charge of all project deadlines, curating on-brand content to social, crafting monthly emailers, ideating on new conceptual campaigns with the founder, coming up with on-brand promotions, possibly assisting with ad buys and analysis on Facebook and Instagram, and vital upkeep of all project management software.Our agency HQ is in Century City.
