Job Overview

We are looking for someone with drive, passion, and a competitive spirit to help maximize PerkinElmer’s commercial success. This role will specialize in the use of our Inorganic portfolio in chemical, environmental, pharmaceutical and industrial applications with an emphasis on cannabis applications. This role provides sales support for our Atomic, Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission, and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spec spectroscopy products to include applications development, training and presales activities.

Our Team

The Discovery and Analytical Solutions group services the Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Chemical, Agriculture, and Government markets. The Field Application Scientists works closely with the sales team to optimize the research scope and vision for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Conduct customer demonstrations on the aforementioned products in conjunction with the associated geographical Sales team; perform sample analysis with customer samples using these Inorganic analysis products; prepare data packages summarizing the analysis via online meeting or in person.
</li>
<li>Collaborate with all Field Team members to develop and deploy world-class systems and tools and provide front-line support to sales as the Field application Scientist
</li>
<li>Provide and deliver product training to field (marketing &amp; sales) as new features/functionality is available for designated product and domain specialty
</li>
<li>Coordinate with Product Management to identify, communicate, and incorporate new product enhancements and also with the Services team to insure we deliver competitive solutions that are differentiated through value as perceived by our customers
</li>
<li>Characterize the external market by performing pipeline analysis and competitive assessments for region and scientific domain
</li>
<li>Present a professional image at all times to customers, clients and other vendors.

Qualifications

<ul>
<li>MS, PhD and/or BS in a scientific discipline or equivalent with 5 plus years in the Inorganic spectroscopy field.
</li>
<li>Requires hands on working knowledge of AA, ICP-OES and ICP-MS including sample preparation requirements.

<li>Current or previous scientific expertise and experience with a customer focus and excellent communication skills

Events are typically 2-3 hours on nights / weekends
We are a family owned business that has gotten a reputation for connoisseur quality flower. We are now taking our wholesale product and selling it directly on retail shelves to obtain more brand recognition and are looking for passionate individuals to help the public fall in love with our top shelf products. We are going to have in house pop up events and participate in specials events 4-6 times per month. We will need a minimum of two people to fill this position.
As a Brand Ambassador you will:
<ul>
<li>Learn about the brand(s) product(s) that you will be promoting - we'll provide the information, you'll become the local expert!</li>
<li>Obtain all materials/information needed prior to each event ( table, product samples, giveaway items, brochures, stickers, terpene display - these will all be provided by Locol)</li>
<li>Show up to events early and set up to the specifications laid out.</li>
<li>Exude professionalism and be enthusiastic about the products.</li>
<li>Come prepared and ready to sell, educate and build relationships with the general public and also the staff at each location.</li>
<li>Engage customers and guide them through our product line; help close them to purchase our products from the event location.</li>
<li>Collect inventory levels and sales number per product at each event, take photos, and send a recap to Locol within 24 hours</li>
<li>Assist with social media exposure while at the event</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>Have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a strong work ethic &amp; high level of accountability</li>

<li>Experience in one of the following areas (preferred): product promotions, cannabis events</li>

Marijuana Dispensary Assistant Manager, Inventory/ Budtender

Job Summary
24 Hour Hops is a startup that will be growing hop plants indoors for home and craft brewers. This is a great flexible job for someone with indoor growing experience that is looking for extra income. The time of day and the days of the week for work are flexible.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to aid in the build out of the greenhouse. Once the greenhouse is functional the grower will be responsible for the growing and harvesting of the hop plants. We do not expect the candidate to have knowledge of the hops plant but instead have at least 3 years of knowledge of indoor growing with either vegetables or cannabis. The candidate must live in the city of Maricopa, AZ.
Desired skills and knowledge include:

<li>Experience identifying plant nutrient deficiencies and making appropriate adjustments</li>

COF is looking for a detailed oriented individual to lead growing and grow science operations for our Taylorville, Illinois facility. The COF Illinois hydroponic facility is producing organic baby leaf vegetables including spinach, basil, kale and arugula. The Grower should have experience managing the growing process with respect to food quality, food safety, yields, disease control, nutrients, and system integrity. The Grower will manage customer demand and inventory and will also be responsible to ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
