Product Specialists

The Retail Associate (Budtender) role is to maintain the best customer experience at all time through customer service and product knowledge. They are responsible for welcoming our patients, ensuring they are cared for and treating them with respect. Budtenders evaluate the needs of our patients and offer advice about our medical cannabis strains, our variety of products and their effects.

The candidate should:
Greet every customer who enters the dispensary with a smile.
Demonstrate excellent customer service creating a welcoming environment.
Give new customers a tour of the display including flower tiers, concentrates, sprays, topicals, edibles, etc.
Provide patient consultations regarding our products and their effects.
Assist patients with selecting the products most appropriate for their needs.
Communicate daily specials to customers.
Stay educated on new and existing product knowledge.
Recognize when customers may need additional help from a medical doctor, and let a manager know so that we can set them up with an appointment.
Keep display cases clean, ensuring all product is represented in display cases and is organized.
Keep dispensary clear of all trash.
Communicate to Managers when;
     -Extra change is needed.
      -Bar codes are not scanning.
      -The last of a product has been sold.
      -Ask for help when needed (acumulating, discounts, etc).
Contribute to marketing communications.
Act as an ambassador of Caliva and the medical cannabis industry.
Maintain professionalism in your appearance, attitude and verbal communications.

Retail Associate (Budtender)

The Dispenser will meet with medical marijuana patients one-on-one and guide them by suggesting products specific to their symptoms. The Dispenser will also be responsible for point-of-sale transactions, scheduling patient appointments and managing inventory. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Assist in scheduling of patient visits in conjunction with the Office Manager
●Greet patients upon arrival, provide patient caregiving services, including but not restricted to
  -Advice on strains for symptom relief
  -Advice on ingestion method
  -Advice on additional products
  -Sale of product
  -Survey returning patients on effectiveness of products
Record all sales/purchases in database
● Perform a daily inventory reconciliation of active products (excluding storage)
● Perform a daily cash closing report
● Make reports for all sales/purchase in conjunction with Dispensary Manager
● Keep reception, dispensary, and office organized and clean in conjunction with Dispensary Manager
● Required Training:
  -The Dispenser must receive HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) training to assure patient confidentiality
  -The Dispenser must receive training in, and adherence to, quality control requirements by completing the VPA Quality Control Training.
  -Learn, understand and comply with the VT Marijuana Registry Rules Regulating Cannabis for Symptom Relief

  - The Dispenser is supervised by the Dispensary Manager

  -The Dispensary Managers will annually review the performance of the Dispenser and report conclusions to the Director of Operations

DISPENSER

The Packaging/Inventory Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively filling, packaging and labeling our medicinal cannabis and maintaining inventory controls.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Accurately perform filling, packaging, and labeling of products according to Revolutionary Clinics standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Setup, adjust, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to meet specifications and quality standards.
Continuously monitor the quality of all materials associated with filling, packaging, and labeling in order to minimize waste or rework.
Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and tools daily.
Maintain appropriate levels of packaging supplies and/or equipment.
Maintain accurate records of production activities.
Work cooperatively in fast paced team environment to meet production targets.
Understand and apply knowledge of basic mathematics, weights and measurements.
Maintains accurate inventory levels and ensures inventory is available and ready for use. 
Audits inventory on a regular basis and provides reports to management.
Coordinates with Retail Dispensary to transfer inventory and ensure product demands are met.

Packaging/Inventory Technician

Cultivator I works under the supervision of Cultivation Manager and/or Cultivation Supervisor.  This position performs various duties including but not limited to pruning, general cleaning, washing tables, flushing, and some data collection.   

The ideal candidate is someone who wants to contribute to the success of a company who is an industry leader and known for setting the the bar high!  We’re looking for someone who will excel as a team member in a fast-paced, non-stop environment, within a tightly controlled, state regulated system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, transplanting, cloning.
Clean tables after plants are harvested, perform other general cleaning duties including but not limited to cleaning pots, trays, work stations and areas.
Maintain cleanliness of grow rooms and equipment according to CVD Sanitation Policies and Cultivation Department SOPs.
Meticulously record plant and room data (e.g. temperature, humidity, light readings, etc.).  This data is used to produce reports.
Attend and contribute to the weekly Department meetings. 
Ensure that all procedures are consistent with Vermont State Medical Marijuana Program Guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Cultivator

Packaging Associates assist in packaging cannabis and cannabis infused products. This is a part-time, hourly position that reports to the processing manager.

As a Packaging Associate/Trimmer you must:

Work individually and in group settings to package cannabis and cannabis infused products
Ensure production goals established by the Production Manager and trim lead are being met
Assist in trimming of dried product
Maintain an extremely sterile work environment
Strictly adhere to policies and procedures

Packaging Associate/Trimmer

The Dispensary Technician is responsible for greeting and interacting with patients and assisting them with making informed purchasing decisions based on their personal needs. Should have a good understanding of the medicinal benefits of cannabis and a strong desire to learn and teach others.

DISPENSARY TECHNICIAN

Be responsible for driving the Charm City Medicus patient service experience
Represent Charm City Medicus in a positive and compliant manner
Provide exceptional service to each patient
Answer questions and provide patient education on cannabis products and laws
Ensure products are stocked and inventoried

DISPENSARY AGENT

As a Dispensary Team Member you will welcome customers with an exceptional patient care mindset and assist with assessing their needs and providing guidance on product and pricing information. You are an ambassador for our company and represent the very best we offer.

We are open seven days a week and your schedule may include Saturday and Sunday. A working knowledge of marijuana products including glass, percs, vapes, and papers a must.

GENERAL DUTIES

-Welcome visitors and patients by warmly greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answer or direct inquiries through proper channels when needed.
-Accurately process payments from customers; issues receipts, refunds, credits, and, for cash customers, change.
-Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission; tabulates bills using calculators, cash registers, and optical price scanners.
-Operate a cash register and itemize and total purchases by recording prices, departments, taxable and nontaxable items.
-Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and professional working environment.
-Balance cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
-Verify credit acceptance by reviewing and recording driver's license numbers; operates credit card authorization system.
-Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate business for our products.

Dispensary Team Member

The Pharmacist position drives the company’s patient interaction, inventory management, and compliance efforts under the direction of the Lead Pharmacist and Compliance Director. The Pharmacist is a member of the company’s medical professional team which is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient distribution of medical marijuana (MMJ), managing patient interactions, recommending medication in coordination with the patient’s doctor, ensuring the company complies with Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana Law and associated regulations, and supporting the company’s understanding of MMJ research and efficacy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivers best-in-class customer service to patients.
Accountable for management, oversight, and operation of all aspects of patient interaction, inventory management and compliance during shift.
Provides medicine information such as dosing, compatibilities, and substitutes to physicians, patients, and other members of the Cure Medical Professional Team.
Verifies the work performed by store personnel, which includes patient data and inventory entry and accurate filing of patient orders.
Ensures that the quality of professional services is maintained.
Cultivates and maintains excellent relationships with physicians who issue patient certifications.
Supports the company’s efforts to meet all regulatory requirements.
Regularly audits order fulfillment and ensures inventory is accurate.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the profession to maintain professional competency and proficiency by participating in organization memberships; by attending meetings, lectures, in-services and seminars; by reading journals; to maintain professional competency and proficiency.

PHARMACIST

The Assistant to the Master Grower will assist the master grower in aspects of the grow. This individual will work with the growers, inspecting the grow and insuring that the growers are following procedures and meeting the specified requirements set forth by the master grower.

 

Essential Functions:

Walking the grow daily looking for issue that arise.
Identify plant deficiencies and adjust feed schedules as needed.
Insuring the grow is clean and correcting issues that exist.
Assist in maintaining appropriate supply levels.
Assist in managing the employees.
Report back to the master grower on all findings in the grow.
Make suggestions to increase the health and function of the grow.
Carries out orders from the master grower.
Scout for and identify pests that are in the grow.
Adjust IPM schedules as needed to allow eliminate pest and disease pressure.
Create necessary documents.

ASSISTANT MASTER GROWER

The Patient Service Associate is responsible for the service of medical cannabis patients assisting the Management team in all facets of dispensary operations of a retail facility located in Hudson or Framingham, MA, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including 105A CMR 725 and 935 CMR 500. Temescal Wellness MA is a start-up business operating in an ever-changing regulatory landscape, and as such, the following job description may not include all necessary tasks. All employees will be expected to pitch in, as needed, to ensure the successful start-up and operation of each facility.

Patient Service Associate

We are seeking for outgoing, friendly, and dynamic team players to join our Production Team. Associates are responsible for ensuring daily production tasks are completed efficiently, safely and securely. Job tasks include but are not limited to bottling, weighing, labeling and packaging cannabis oil products, daily order processing and shipping, inventory rotation and reconciliations. Completion of all tasks are to be executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters as specified by the quality department.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Able to work well both independently and as a team member
• Adhere to all safety and processing procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work place
• Confirm lot identification and reconcile inventory input and output during the production process
• Ensure accuracy in data entry of weights using scanner guns and written completion of production records
• Confirm final product labeling and inventory reconciliation
• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
• Operate lab equipment under the supervision of the Director of Production


Education:
•	Completion of High School and/or Post-Secondary program preferred

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Product Specialists play a central role in creating a positive experience for all of MWC’s members. The primary role of the PS is to teach members about cannabis: various ways cannabis is grown, how concentrates are made, primary cannabinoids, the endocannabinoid system, methods of ingestion, classifications, possible contraindications, and much more. Essentially, the PS should be able to guide members toward picking products that will best alleviate their symptoms. Additionally, the PS should well versed in state versus federal laws.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Teach members the benefits, possible contraindications, and side effects (positive and negative) of cannabis
-Teach members how to use paraphernalia (ie: proper use of a vaporizer, how to dab safely and effectively, how to roll a joint, etc.)
-Keep abreast of an ever-changing local and federal political climate
-Dispense cannabis products efficiently and accurately
-Manage, track, and record inventory.
-Manage a cash drawer

Product Specialist

-This position will be paid on an hourly basis for all hours worked, and is considered eligible for payment of overtime pay per applicable state law. You will report to the Dispensary Manager.
-The Dispensary Specialist is responsible for delivering consistent, exceptional, and high quality customer service to each and every patient member. The Dispensary Specialist assists members with selecting products, provides them with expert knowledge about cannabis and its medicinal applications, processes transactions efficiently and accurately, keeps the Dispensary adequately stocked to facilitate daily business, and maintains a sanitary environment for members and staff.
