Job Description:
Cultivator I works under the supervision of Cultivation Manager and/or Cultivation Supervisor. This position performs various duties including but not limited to pruning, general cleaning, washing tables, flushing, and some data collection.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, transplanting, cloning.
Clean tables after plants are harvested, perform other general cleaning duties including but not limited to cleaning pots, trays, work stations and areas.
Maintain cleanliness of grow rooms and equipment according to CVD Sanitation Policies and Cultivation Department SOPs.
Meticulously record plant and room data (e.g. temperature, humidity, light readings, etc.). This data is used to produce reports.
Attend and contribute to the weekly Department meetings.
Ensure that all procedures are consistent with Vermont State Medical Marijuana Program Guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
*High School Diploma or GED.
*One year of hands on experience in the cultivation industry and/or greenhouse/indoor growing.
*Knowledge of growing techniques, including germination, cloning, transplantation, plant pests and other perils, harvesting.
*Must have good documentation and organization skills.
*Must be self directed and detail oriented.
*Must have an ability to keep to a tight schedule.
*Flexible, collaborative, team-oriented person with good communication skills.
*Must be highly motivated and have a strong work ethic.
*Must be able to lift up to 50 lb.
*Ability to follow guidelines set forth by the Vermont State Medical Marijuana Program.
*Proficiency in Macintosh software, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software systems that are specific to the industry.
*Must successfully complete a criminal record check with the Vermont Crime Information Center.
