Events are typically 2-3 hours on nights / weekends
We are a family owned business that has gotten a reputation for connoisseur quality flower. We are now taking our wholesale product and selling it directly on retail shelves to obtain more brand recognition and are looking for passionate individuals to help the public fall in love with our top shelf products. We are going to have in house pop up events and participate in specials events 4-6 times per month. We will need a minimum of two people to fill this position.
As a Brand Ambassador you will:
- Learn about the brand(s) product(s) that you will be promoting - we'll provide the information, you'll become the local expert!
- Obtain all materials/information needed prior to each event ( table, product samples, giveaway items, brochures, stickers, terpene display - these will all be provided by Locol)
- Show up to events early and set up to the specifications laid out.
- Exude professionalism and be enthusiastic about the products.
- Come prepared and ready to sell, educate and build relationships with the general public and also the staff at each location.
- Engage customers and guide them through our product line; help close them to purchase our products from the event location.
- Collect inventory levels and sales number per product at each event, take photos, and send a recap to Locol within 24 hours
- Assist with social media exposure while at the event
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Possess a current MED badge
- Have reliable transportation
- Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a strong work ethic & high level of accountability
- Must be highly responsive and communicative to management. Prompt communication is a TOP priority for Locol.
- Willingness to work various types of promotional events
- Experience in one of the following areas (preferred): product promotions, cannabis events
- Willing to work afternoons/nights/weekends
