We are seeking a Mill/Drying Room Operator to help run our milling and drying room operations to produce medical cannabis oils and other liquid formulations at our cultivation and processing center. The Mill/Drying Room Operator will work closely with our cultivators and processing staff to schedule and process material as need to meet production demands. They will report to the Processing / Packaging Manager
 
The Mill/Drying Room Operator will be responsible for safely and effectively process postharvest cannabis in preparation for materials that go directly into high quality, food safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, or topical application by registered patients. Responsibilities include:
 
Carrying out all procedures and performing all duties in an efficient manner that also complies with, industry regulations, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP’s and all applicable procedures.
 
Be willing and able to be cross-trained on and working alongside the remainder of PharmaCann’s team with the harvest, drying, trimming, weighing, processing, filling, packaging and any other tasks associated with PharmaCann’s broad medical cannabis product line as needed.

Role Overview: 
In this multi-faceted role, the Director of Operations serves as brand ambassador, patient advocate, staff mentor, supervisor and general manager.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess 5 to 10 years of progressive management experience, including new business start-up experience. They will provide effective leadership in order to ensure they are exceeding expectations every day. The position will directly oversee the managers of cultivation, manufacturing (concentrates and edible cannabis products), and the retail dispensary. Candidate should be proficient in business planning, reporting and budgeting. The ideal candidate will serve as the brand ambassador, patient advocate, staff mentor, supervisor and general manager for Holistic Industries’ business in Los Angeles – and will be looked upon to assist in expanding the company throughout the state. Responsibilities (Include, but not limited to):

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist the Laboratory Manager with day-to-day operations. An extraction technician has the responsibility of extracting, refining, and processing cannabinoids and terpenes from cannabis plant material into a concentrated form. This is a manufacturing position in a production environment on the non-solvent side (water hash, rosin, etc). This position is based in Oakland, CA.
