Area Manager

Possible $3000.00 Signing Bonus

Based on Triple Play Cable Experience and performance requirements.

While no experience is necessary, paid training is provided. Upon completion of training program, Technicians will work independently within the community providing exceptional customer service. Earning potential between $600 to $1,000 a week based on on productivity efficiency.

Job Summary – Laboratory Manager
Cascadia Labs has an immediate opportunity at our Redwood Valley laboratory located on our client’s scenic campus near Ukiah, CA. The Laboratory Manager will lead a team of top-notch, like-minded individuals who embrace and share in the same vision, core values and integrity of the science. This is a full-time, benefited position with competitive salary, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm and after hours, including some weekends. The Laboratory Manager oversees all aspects of the laboratory, including personnel and day-to-day operations.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Dispensary Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage a team of software support specialists at various locations across the United States</li>
<li>Organize centralized time management for the team</li>
<li>Coordinate employee recruitment, management, reviews, and retainment</li>
<li>Collaborate with software support team to achieve customer service goals</li>
<li>Learn our software to an intermediate level</li>
<li>Speak as a software expert during key sales calls and trade shows as needed</li>
<li>Visit customers for on-site support and/or implementation as appropriate</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Experience at a licensed cultivation, processing, or dispensary facility within the cannabis field, preferably a vertically-integrated system where mastery of seed-to-sale processes can be demonstrated</li>
<li>Direct experience working at a startup company is preferred, otherwise the ability to embrace a startup attitude-- willing to eat, sleep, and breathe our culture</li>
<li>Experience successfully managing small to medium employee teams</li>
<li>Experience and/or education in a traditional IT environment is preferred</li>
<li>Experience with project management preferred, including project management software</li>
<li>Capacity to manage work goals and meet deadlines whether working on-site, home-office, or traveling</li>
<li>Ability to manage time and tasks proactively, including electronic communications and calendars</li>
<li>Tech savvy - must be able to learn software quickly</li>
<li>Aptitude with common business support programs such as Google Suite, CRM’s, web presentation software</li>
<li>Goal oriented and motivated by incentives</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills</li>
<li>College graduate preferred</li>

IT Support Specialist Manager

We are a licensed commercial medical cannabis / mmj / marijuana grow facility seeking entry level growers/laborers to assist us in our cultivation facility.
We require fully committed employees that work hard, stay on task, work efficiently, and abide by the chain of command.
No prior cultivation experience is required, we will train you for our system. Just be prepared to physically work hard and you could be the right fit.
Candidate must:
<ul><li>be 21 years or older.</li></ul>
<ul><li>have an Occupational Badge, Occupational Key Badge or Support badge</li></ul>
<ul><li>possess a strong work ethic, as is proven by your resume.</li></ul>

Tasks that you may be asked/taught to do may include (but not limited to):

<ul><li>chopping, weighing, and hanging plants.</li></ul>
<ul><li>weighing and packaging of finished product.</li></ul>
<ul><li>take cuttings, transplant clones, mix nutrient solutions, feed/water plants, up-pot, manicure plants.</li></ul>
This is a job with a heavy focus on manual labor. Applicant must be capable of lifting 45 lbs. or more repeatedly. Punctuality, hard work, attention to detail, and consistency are attributes that we are seeking. Applicant must have reliable transportation and a support or key badge. Previous grow experience is not necessary.
