Area Manager

Possible $3000.00 Signing Bonus

Based on Triple Play Cable Experience and performance requirements.

While no experience is necessary, paid training is provided. Upon completion of training program, Technicians will work independently within the community providing exceptional customer service. Earning potential between $600 to $1,000 a week based on on productivity efficiency.

Job Summary – Laboratory Manager
Cascadia Labs has an immediate opportunity at our Redwood Valley laboratory located on our client’s scenic campus near Ukiah, CA. The Laboratory Manager will lead a team of top-notch, like-minded individuals who embrace and share in the same vision, core values and integrity of the science. This is a full-time, benefited position with competitive salary, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm and after hours, including some weekends. The Laboratory Manager oversees all aspects of the laboratory, including personnel and day-to-day operations.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Cannabis Extraction Technician

JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the Senior Executive Assistant is to support the high-level Executive team at Cura. Cura is a fast-growing, fast-paced cannabis company which operates in several states. This individual must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast- paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, have strong administrative skills, and be a team player. Discernment and discretion are also important qualities of someone who is a good fit for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Representing Cura executives in a professional and educated manner</li>
<li>Traveling to support the executives as they visit other branches</li>
<li>Screening calls/taking messages</li>
<li>Managing multiple calendars</li>
<li>Organizing and planning meetings</li>
<li>Researching and reporting information to management</li>
<li>Arranging travel accommodations</li>
<li>Providing excellent customer service over the phone and in person</li>
<li>Helping maintain positive relationships between departments and employees</li>
<li>Assisting in resolving any administrative problems</li>
<li>Organizing and maintaining company records</li>
<li>Filing multiple expense reports</li>
<li>Experience working with high-level information, and the ability to exercise discretion.</li>
<li>Superb organizational and planning skills</li>
<li>Screening/organizing/responding to executives’ emails</li>
<li>Acting as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients</li>

Job Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must have an OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit before starting</li>
<li>Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar role.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook</li>
<li>Knowledge of operating standard office equipment</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills – written and verbal</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent discernment skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently</li>

The Administrative Assistant will work in an office environment and also travel with executives to other branches. This individual may be required to perform courier duties as needed.
Compensation depends on experience. Full-time Cura employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.

Senior Executive Assistant

LeafLine Labs is one of two registered medical cannabis manufacturers in Minnesota, located in the Twin Cities suburb Cottage Grove, MN. We focus on using controlled environment agriculture and hydroponic growing techniques to produce various strains of cannabis that are scientifically extracted to produce &amp; formulate industry-leading, whole plant medicine for qualifying patients in need.
As a member of the cultivation team, you will support the team in the growing and harvesting of our medical cannabis plants. This position is full-time &amp; year-round, though some flexibility in scheduling is offered.
Minnesota law requires that any employee of LeafLine Labs be at least 21 years of age and free of any disqualifying felony convictions. Prior to beginning employment with LeafLine Labs, every employee is legally required to submit to a background check conducted by the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA).
Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Perform all duties involved in the cultivation of medical cannabis plants: including but not limited to propagation, watering, transplanting, pruning, harvesting, and sanitation</li>
<li>Perform crop maintenance procedures at different stages of plant development</li>
<li>Follow Integrated Pest Management guidelines including strict adherence to environmental and hygienic controls, and perform IPM tasks as necessary to control and/or eliminate insects and diseases</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and logs of cultivation activities: including but not limited to crop maintenance, harvesting, irrigation, and building maintenance</li>
</ul>
Essential Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Experience with commercial cultivation, hydroponics or horticulture education or training preferred</li>
<li>Physically capable of being able to bend, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Be well organized and capable of detailed record keeping</li>
<li>Possess a valid driver’s licence</li>
<li>Able to work overtime, weekends or evenings as needed</li>
</ul>
Starting pay dependent on experience and qualifications.
