Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the General Manager of Kush Bottles Inc. newly acquired operating division Summit Innovations is responsible for overall operations and financial performance of the business unit. II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<ul><li> Assists the Director of Research and executes the Commission’s statutorily required research agenda;</li></ul>
<ul><li> Collaborates with Commission staff as well as other state agencies and stakeholders to monitor, collect, and interpret data;</li></ul>
<ul><li> Develops relationships and partnerships with the Department of Public Health, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Department of Higher Education, the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, and the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, and other government agencies as needed;</li></ul>
<ul><li> Assists in ensuring the Commission’s annual reports are accurate, thorough, and submitted on time;</li></ul>
<ul><li> Assists the Director of Research in outreach initiatives to policy experts, industry boards, think tanks and others impacted by the Commonwealth’s cannabis policies, regulations, and laws;</li></ul>
<ul><li> Assists in the development of reports, white papers, briefs, and graphics for research topics and projects;</li></ul>
<ul><li> Collaborates with Commission staff to develop and execute an open-data concept utilizing information and data gathered and maintained by the Commission;</li></ul>
<ul><li> Initiates special purpose research and independent projects as they relate to the Commission;</li></ul>

Dispensary Team Member

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not intended to be all inclusive)
<ul><li>Perform all tasks in the light deprivation greenhouse perpetual harvest grow:
<ul>
<li>. Mother plant maintenance, tissue culture, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, positive airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, plant transfer from veg to flowering.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all plant needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to produce the best results for maximum plant yield.</li>
<li>Cataloguing and maintaining organization of plants from seed-to-harvest using our seed-to-sale system management program.</li>
<li>Knowledge of pest and disease control and management.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and follow the cultivation department policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Wash and sanitize all equipment. Scout all equipment, ensuring all tools are free of pests, viruses or disease.</li>
<li>Demonstrate accurately and thoroughly in a timely manner to meet production standards. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.</li>
<li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cultivation facility while performing job duties.</li>
<li>Uphold quality of finished product through employing attention to detail while manicuring flower.</li>
<li>Breakdown flowers off stem and stalk of plant to separate unusable waste from useable product; employee must track the amount of unusable waste for each batch.</li>
<li>After breakdown of plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.</li>
<li>Account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves separately to “waste” for proper tracking and disposal by managers and trim/sugar leaves to “useable by-product” (trim).</li>
<li>Exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.</li>
<li>Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis they are cultivating; adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.</li>
<li>Works in a timely manner to efficiently meet goals while consistently producing quality product.</li>
<li>Employee must be able to follow basic instructions and take constructive criticism from their managers to maintain quality standards and production goals.</li>
