Looking for an entry level Customer Service Rep for call center.

WHO WE ARE: Busy cannabis consulting center looking to fill one full-time Customer Service position.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Professionals with a willingness to learn new sales techniques and those who enjoying helping people. The perfect candidate for this position would be a great listener and understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be technologically savvy, responsible, reliable, and self-directed.
A background in sales/customer service and familiarity with a Point of Sale is a plus, but not a requirement.
*This position does not require face-to-face customer interaction; however, candidates must understand the importance of phone etiquette, tone and customer resolution.
