Manage a team of software support specialists at various locations across the United States
Organize centralized time management for the team
Coordinate employee recruitment, management, reviews, and retainment
Collaborate with software support team to achieve customer service goals
Learn our software to an intermediate level
Speak as a software expert during key sales calls and trade shows as needed
Visit customers for on-site support and/or implementation as appropriate
Job Requirements:
Experience at a licensed cultivation, processing, or dispensary facility within the cannabis field, preferably a vertically-integrated system where mastery of seed-to-sale processes can be demonstrated
Direct experience working at a startup company is preferred, otherwise the ability to embrace a startup attitude-- willing to eat, sleep, and breathe our culture
Experience successfully managing small to medium employee teams
Experience and/or education in a traditional IT environment is preferred
Experience with project management preferred, including project management software
Capacity to manage work goals and meet deadlines whether working on-site, home-office, or traveling
Ability to manage time and tasks proactively, including electronic communications and calendars
Tech savvy - must be able to learn software quickly
Aptitude with common business support programs such as Google Suite, CRM’s, web presentation software
Goal oriented and motivated by incentives
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
College graduate preferred
Schedule flexibility to accommodate employees and customers across United States time zones
Willingness to travel within the USA intermittently as needed
