The Brand Sales Manager is extremely knowledgeable about our flower and concentrate products, the cannabis industry, and the Nevada market. He or she presents our brand and products to wholesale customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale. In addition, the Brand Sales Manager maintains an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.
 
The Brand Sales Manager ensures the wholesale department meets sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team. He or she must forecast sales, maintain proper inventory levels, and motivate the team to achieve or exceed all sales goals. The Sales Manager monitors team member performance, resolves customer complaints, and helps with closings when necessary.
 
The Brand Sales Manager will also be responsible for representing the brand positively in a variety of settings, participating in event marketing (pop-ups, trade shows, etc.), and generating brand awareness throughout the cannabis community. This position will also be responsible for oversight and documentation of the sales process, ensuring compliance with the regulatory authorities, and coordination and execution of deliveries in an efficient and organized manner all while providing excellent customer service.

Compliance Specialist

The Material Warehouse Technician will perform general warehouse duties and functions which will relate to organization, inventory, and issuing equipment. This position will also be responsible for assisting technicians and communicating effectively with project managers.

<li>Assist with shipping and receiving, unloading of trucks, checking in merchandise and matching purchase orders to sales orders.</li>
<li>Ensure that no damaged product is sent out and no damaged raw material is accepted.</li>
<li>Assist with physical inventory counts by marking materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.</li>
<li>Operate forklift and trucks to help in stocking items. Perform preventive maintenance on forklift and trucks.</li>
<li>Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.</li>
<li>Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated route driver storage area.</li>
<li>Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for technicians and customer traffic by wearing the proper safety equipment and adhering to all safety procedures and programs.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.</li>
<li>May be assigned facility maintenance/cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, mopping and snow removal.</li>

Qualifications:

This position is focused on initiating new relationships between Cura and clients as well as maintaining Cura’s existing relationships. The majority of the account executive’s time will be spent on the phone. Account Executives will also be responsible for recording information from calls and appointments into our Salesforce lead management system.
RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Represent Cura’s brand and vendors in a professional and educated manner</li>
<li>Research market to generate new leads</li>
<li>Qualify and follow up on new leads</li>
<li>Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure growth attainment</li>
<li>Schedule daily appointments with new and existing customers</li>
<li>Consistently increase product knowledge through research</li>
<li>Ensure the timely and successful pickup of clients’ products according to supply chain needs and methods</li>
<li>Remain current on the cannabis industry, compliance and market trends.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to company stakeholders.</li>
<li>Maintain and update all account prospects and customers in CRM.</li>
<li>May have specific responsibilities or tasks other than those above when required by supervisor.</li>

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Prefer 2+ years full time work experience</li>
<li>Must love a fast-paced environment, with the ability to be flexible and adaptable</li>
<li>Knowledge of cannabis products, recreational and medicinal, and the industry, preferred</li>
<li>People skills with an outgoing personality</li>
<li>Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce, or other similar CRM/Lead management system preferred</li>
<li>Ambition, curiosity and a passion for learning</li>
<li>Strong communication, writing skills and analytic thinking.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.</li>

JOB PURPOSE
The Compliance Manager develops and oversees control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies. This individual will evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously. This position requires high ethical standards and diligent work in accomplishing the objectives of Cura. This individual will oversee the Compliance Assistant and assign tasks as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
