JOB PURPOSE

The Facilities Coordinator position will oversee maintenance and logistics at the Cura CA facilities. This includes general maintenance work, general janitorial work, assisting with ordering and delivery logistics and assisting in planning for maintenance and janitorial projects. Some physical labor will be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Representing Cura in positive and professional manner.
  • Following all state laws.
  • Performing maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Performing janitorial tasks as assigned.
  • Communicating with supervisor for additional assignments.
  • Assisting with inventory counts of dry goods.
  • Coordinating outgoing and incoming shipments and logistics.
  • Tracking material and supplies.
  • Maintaining supply inventory for warehouse.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years’ experience in facility maintenance
  • Valid driver license
  • Ability to lift 35-55 lbs
  • High attention to detail

WORKING CONDITIONS

This is a position which requires special working conditions and a high degree of flexibility. This position requires physical labor; working indoors and outdoors; climbing into high places; using electrical and mechanical equipment, and general janitorial work. Employees may be expected to work during daytime, evening or overnight hours. The employee may also be asked to run some errands periodically, and should have a valid driver license. Employees are expected to be familiar with relevant OSHA regulations.

COMPENSATION

Dependent upon experience. Full time Cura employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
