The Role

We are excited to bring medical cannabis, jobs, and economic development to Pennsylvania in Summer 2018! In preparation, we are looking for a General Manager to run our dispensary retail operations for our DuBois location. This person will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the dispensary, handling the needs of all patients and hiring and developing a team of Patient Care Specialists who are passionate about medical cannabis and compliant with state and local rules and regulations. The Pharmacist directs and manages the distribution of Cannabis products to our patients on site in our DuBois, PA dispensary. This individual will be in a unique position to be a dispenser and educator of cannabis. He or she will be the onsite medical authority ensuring patients receive correct dosage as well as education and counseling. As with any substance for medical use, Pharmacists are expected to complete a prospective drug utilization review to assess: appropriateness of therapy, appropriate strain, dose, route, and duration, allergies &amp; drug interactions contraindications, and possible misuse.

JOB PURPOSE
