We are seeking highly motivated residential drop bury technicians to perform cable television, drop bury installations.

Responsibilities include:

<ul>
<li>Provides the subscriber with the best service and promotes a good relationship between the subscriber and the local cable company. Must convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company’s products and services to the subscriber</li>
<li>Verify all locates are completed before any task to be performed.</li>
<li>To install new service cable drops, replace existing cable drop, trouble shoot, diagnose service issue.</li>
<li>Hand Burial or machine trenching to length up to 350 feet.</li>
<li>To work with a 700lb drop bury machine. To complete side walk and driveway bores, to include use of boring attachment.</li>
<li>Re-connection of existing underground drop from tap to ground block.</li>
<li>Drops are repaired, replaced, or re-route as necessary. Permanent underground drop replacement with new RG-11 flooded drop cable when required.</li>
<li>Includes removal of any old drops on site when necessary and all restoration to customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Any and all follow up work needing to be performed needs reported to manager.</li>
<li>Works closely with the Dispatch and Project Managers for assignment of work load.</li>
<li>Recording signal levels, daily times, function codes and any additional system specific required documentation</li>
<li>Operate vehicle, drop bury machine, hand tools, power tools, ladders, signal level meters, volt meters, converters, cable locators, leakage detection devices, other test equipment</li>
<li>Completes required paperwork, timesheets, daily service orders, vehicle inspection, logs, noting any problems requiring attention of other staff members. These reports must be submitted timely</li>

Drop Bury Technician

LeafLine Labs is one of two MN registered medical manufacturers, located in Cottage Grove, MN. We focus on using controlled environment agriculture and hydroponic growing techniques to produce various strains of cannabis that is turned into extraction based medicine for very sick Minnesotans.
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is responsible for being the front end of LeafLine Labs both on the phone and the first person the patient is greeted by at our Patient Care Centers. The PCC will provide excellent service and support LeafLine Labs commitment to Patients First. Always.
We have two part-time PCC positions open, one in St. Paul and one in Eagan. Both will work most Saturdays and one or two weekdays per week. Senior .Net Developer

The Compliance Officer for the Medical Use of Marijuana Program (Program) conducts inspections, investigations, and surveillance of Registered Marijuana Dispensaries (RMDs) in Massachusetts to ensure RMDs have the required systems and understanding to comply with all laws, rules and regulations. A significant percentage of the work includes on-site visits to RMD’s across the state. This position is responsible for conducting and thoroughly documenting regulatory compliance inspections/audits, including: operations, cultivation and processing requirements, dispensing requirements and facility management requirements. SITE INSPECTIONS

<li>RMD site inspections-tracks compliance with all relevant laws and regulations through on-site visits, auditing and inspection of records.

Position Characteristics

The Dispensing Nurse (LPN) provides basic medical care to patients in an outpatient addiction recovery environment; maintains standards of professional nursing practice in accordance with clinic policy and procedures; provides for the safe and efficient dispensing of doses of medication to patients consistent with the organization's procedure and as ordered by the Medical Director or Physician; responsible for thorough, accurate reporting and documentation of the patient's symptoms, responses and progress.

Responsibilities

Prepares and administers medication as ordered by the Medical Director or Program Physician accurately and in a timely manner, maintains accurate accounting of all medication received (from supplier) and dispensed (to the patients);</li>

Charts medication administration in nurse's notes accurately and in a timely manner, documents nursing care provided, maintain appropriate records related to patient’s progress and activities accurately and in a timely manner;</li>

Dedicates a minimum of 90 percent of regularly scheduled work hours to activities directly related to the administration of medication; the remaining 10 percent of regularly scheduled work hours will be dedicated to other activities as assigned by the Medical Director or Clinic Director;</li>

Responsible for urine collection and processing, reading test results as ordered by Program Physicians and the completion of all forms involved in these procedures; and,</li>

<li>Install new or replacement coax cable by directional drill or hand digging.</li>
<li>Perform construction work such as digging holes, placing poles, laying cable in the ground, unreeling, pulling and stringing wire and cable from pole to pole.</li>
<li>Place fiber cable from central office through conduit or attach pole lines to customer business or distribution points in the loop.</li>

perimeter using signage, cones and safety barriers and flagging traffic by holding stop and slow signs

Kanaan Communications, LLC is currently seeking to fill full time Cable Splicer-Coax Crew positions.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities

Each of the functions listed below have depth which for purposes of this general description, are not listed. Essential responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Performs tasks associated with the upgrade and splicing of Coaxial Cable lines.</li>
<li>Maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment.</li>
<li>Assemble equipment according to design specifications.</li>
<li>Install/repair Coaxial lines in trenches and/or pedestals using various hand tools.</li>
<li>Test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment after installation.</li>
<li>Basic daily maintenance of provided vehicle-check fluids, clean and organize-vehicle.</li>
<li>Prepare paperwork to track daily production, and accurately record completed- work on job site blueprints.</li>
<li>Work/maintenance cable line more than 32ft off the ground by ladder, bucket truck or gaffing.</li>
<li>Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and in a manner that satisfies the- customer; educate employees associated with the issue to resolve such- issues without escalation.</li>
<li>Investigate and or resolve all trouble calls after install and damages</li>
<li>Identify, monitor and address problem areas and customer service/quality- control issues and complaints.</li>
<li>Establish workable quotas.</li>
<li>All other duties assigned</li>

Documentation
<ul>
<li>Complete all paperwork as well as maintain and update- trouble call, damages and QC logs.</li>
<li>Monitor completion percentage and verify all non-completed jobs.</li>
<li>Note all reasons for why jobs could not be completed.</li>
</ul>
Position Requirements
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of Coaxial Splicing experience.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background check, Motor vehicle check, drug test, and DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast paced time sensitive environment</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and last minute changes per customer or company mandate.</li>
<li>Supervisory experience in cable television, telecommunications or customer- service industry a plus.</li>
</ul>

Work Environment

Employee will need to work outdoors while on duty, in all weather conditions.
