Lead Production Technician

We are looking for individuals who will be working with a variety of manufacturing/production tasks from filling to packaging and managing the team on the line. These individuals must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast-paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, and a team player.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21+
• Must have flexible hours and be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Office and Metrc preferred.
• Has a high attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prefer Production/Assembly Line/Manufacturing experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a high pressure environment
• Leadership qualities.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Ensure that your team has all sticker and boxing materials to begin task.
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Checking stickers to ensure conformance to specifications and printing them.
• Fill and package products for delivery.
• Organize breaks and lunches with the team to ensure continued production.
• Record data.
• Take instructions from supervisors.
