Compliance Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The Compliance Manager develops and oversees control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies. This individual will evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously. This position requires high ethical standards and diligent work in accomplishing the objectives of Cura. This individual will oversee the Compliance Assistant and assign tasks as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improving them continuously
• Draft, modify and implement company policies
• Collaborate with management to monitor enforcement of standards
• Regularly research developments inside and outside the company to identify potential future issues

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must me 21+ to be eligible for employment at Cura
• Thorough knowledge of all applicable state and local cannabis regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

COMPENSATION

• Compensation depends on experience.

Full time Cura employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
