Job descriptions

Telemarketer will make outbound cold calls to potential customers to qualify leads, share information about the product & company and set an appointment. He/she will be able to break through gatekeepers to pertake an appointment to discuss Cova offering. Telemarketer will track and record calls, and represent company in a professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers
  • Asking questions to further identify decision makers
  • Sharing information about company/product/organization by following sales scripts
  • Meeting all quotas for cold calls and appointments set which Facilitate future sales
  • Maintaining record of calls through computerized system
  • Collecting and updating call information
  • Engaging customer during phone call with questions
  • Updating database of prospective client information
  • Ensuring all opportunities are forwarded to sales personnel properly

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  • Determining best approach to get to the decision maker
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Possesses an energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Solid understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Previous cold calling experience in outbound call center or related sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or CRM system is a bonus.
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Able to pass a criminal background check

Role and Location

  • Full-time Contractor, Duration of role 90 days, training is provided.
  • Compensation is: $16/hr. Denver, CO
