Responsibilities &amp; Expectations

Follows and completes production plan by transplanting selected plants, moving plants between cultivation rooms, preparing propagation tools, and cutting selected plants for clones
Maintains an even growth pattern atop plant canopies. Furthermore, Cultivation Assistants must be diligent in pruning, staking, preparing trellis material for support and trouble-shooting structural complications to ensure plants are encompassing the maximum amount of light possible.
Ensures that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is properly applied and used depending on the task and ensures that inventory levels of PPE are sufficient to complete garden tasks.

Applies water to plants via drip system or by hand, depending on the cultivation methodology or temporary spot-watering need. Additionally, Cultivation Assistants must attend to irrigation drippers to ensure they are functioning properly and applying water evenly to each plant.
Ensures all plant waste accrued by pruning or otherwise created is weighed, recorded and destroyed in compliance to all state and local municipality regulations.
Maintains pesticide application logs that document the time and date of application and the appropriate Re-entry interval (REI). Furthermore, Cultivation Assistants must not re-enter a room before that interval has expired to preserve worker and environmental health.
Identifies and records daily in a logbook the environmental conditions of each cultivation room, including the 24 hr. high and low temperatures, humidity level, and average temperature.
Adjusts cultivation equipment pertaining to humidity, heating and airflow including humidifiers, thermostats and oscillating fans.

General Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Retail assists in the management and operation of a medical marijuana retail dispensary located in Framingham or Hudson, Massachusetts, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including 105A CMR 725 and 935 CMR 500. Temescal Wellness MA is a start-up business operating in an ever-changing regulatory landscape, and as such, the following job description may not include all necessary tasks. General Summary:
The Retail Manager is responsible for the management and operation of a two retail dispensary facilities located in Hudson and Framingham, MA, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including 105 CMR 725 and 935 CMR 500.

Requirements shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

General Summary:
The Production Supervisor (Cultivation) is responsible for overseeing a 15,000 square foot medical cannabis production facility in Worcester, Massachusetts pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including especially MA CMR 725 et seq. This individual is the manager-in-charge of a range of day-to-day tasks at one facility. The Production Supervisor (Cultivation) will, based on the production schedule, identify work tasks, schedule, train, and manage production associates, and concisely and clearly communicate needs to senior management for staffing, supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
 <ul>
<li>Ensure staff compliance with all applicable government regulations, Temescal standard operating procedures(SOPs), including sanitation, security, workplace safety, confidentiality, and seed-to-sale software requirements, among others.</li>
<li>Plan and facilitate the start-up of the Worcester cultivation program, to include sourcing of medical cannabis genetics; allocation of resources and production planning; and participation in inspectional protocols required by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) to ensure a final certificate of registration is achieved.</li>
<li>Manage, train and schedule a team of production associates. Manage plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all cultivation needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep plants healthy and expenses . Contribute to SOP development and training materials.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain a wide array of supplemental lighting systems; environmental control systems; irrigation systems; nutrient systems; and other similar systems utilized in the cultivation and processing of cannabis and its by-products. <li>Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.</li>
