Temescal Wellness operates legal cannabis companies that seek to expand access to consistently high-quality cannabis products. Founded in 2015 by Ted Rebholz, Temescal is privately-held and currently runs two dispensaries and a cultivation-and-manufacturing facility in New Hampshire; is building-out three dispensaries and a cultivation-and-manufacturing facility in Massachusetts; is launching its growing, processing and dispensary business in Maryland; and holds active ownership positions in two, revenue-generating cannabis product companies. General Summary:

The Production Associate position is responsible for the primary day-to-day production duties of a state of the art medical cannabis cultivation facility. These duties include cultivation, feeding, harvesting and trimming including finishing and packaging medicine. The Production Associate has responsibility and takes an active role in:

Learning and following proprietary cultivation and production methods


Complying with program regulations as it relates to cultivation operations including proficient use of seed to sale software


Uphold all standards and procedures pertaining to cultivation facility cleanliness

Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:


  • Ability to multi-task with excellent follow through skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Thorough knowledge of all Temescal Wellness cultivation protocols, policies and procedures
  • Skilled in general computer operating systems and applications.
  • Ability to visually examine products for quality and signage/labeling accuracy
  • At least 21 years of age
  • No felony or drug related felony
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Prior greenhouse or manufacturing experience a plus

Essential Job Functions

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Bend and stoop to grasp objects, bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat
  • Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds.
  • Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, cutting and fine manipulation
