General Summary:
The Production Supervisor – Processing is responsible for overseeing extraction and infusion programs in a medical marijuana production facility in Worcester, Massachusetts pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including especially MA CMR 725 et seq. This individual is the manager-in-charge of a range of day-to-day tasks at one facility. The Production Supervisor – Processing will, based on the production schedule, identify work tasks, schedule, train, and manage Production Associates, and concisely and clearly communicate needs to senior management for staffing, supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
 <ul>
<li>Ensure staff compliance with all applicable government regulations, Temescal standard operating procedures(SOPs), including sanitation, security, workplace safety, confidentiality, and seed-to-sale software requirements, among others.</li>
<li>Plan and facilitate the start-up of the Worcester processing program, to include extraction and infused product manufacturing programs, and recipe/formulation research and development.</li>
<li>Contribute to start-up inspections required by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) to ensure a final certificate of registration is achieved.</li>
<li>Manage, train and schedule a team of processing Production Associates. Manage production scheduling and organization to precisely project all processing needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet retail and wholesale demand. Contribute to SOP development and training materials.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain extraction, infusion, and other processing equipment; environmental control systems; supplies and materials; and other equipment. Assist with facility maintenance and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Perform all the tasks related to the processing of medical marijuana raw material, and train and oversee others in performing those tasks. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.</li>
<li>Plan, implement and document safety and sanitation, and equipment maintenance programs. Continually enhance knowledge of extraction and infusion methods.</li>
<li>Maintain an accurate database, accounting for material and analyzing COGS, using seed to sale software and associated tracking spreadsheets.</li>
<li>Monitor and support employee safety, morale and productivity. Assist with the employee life cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, training, online scheduling, time and attendance and performance management.</li>
<li>Aid staff in preparing for audits and, as needed, assist state and local governmental auditors.</li>
<li>Effectively and efficiently document, collaborate and persuade by using software and telecommunications tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, calendars, text, chat, webinars, seed-to-sale and other software, etc.</li>

General Summary:
The Manager, Compliance will have lead responsibility for the efficient and compliant on-boarding and renewal of employee and company paperwork. The Manager, Compliance is a trusted resource on state regulations, serving as a resident Subject Matter Expert. Junior Production Associate

Our cannabis manufacturing startup is seeking applicants to join a fast-growing packaging team!
The Packaging Assistant position is an entry level manufacturing position in which you will be responsible for assembling our products, labeling, and preparing them for shipment. Experience with cannabis is not required. Training will be given upon hiring. If hired, you'll get first-hand experience packaging our products in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
