Position Summary

 


 
The Cultivation Technician I performs manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, and grow room maintenance under the supervision of the Cultivation General Manager. Attention to detail is extremely important.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Perform all tasks in the indoor harvest grow
</li>
<li>Mother plant maintenance, tissue culture, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, positive airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, IPM program implementation, plant transfer from veg to flowering.
</li>
<li>Manage plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all plant needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to produce the best results for maximum plant yield.
</li>
<li>Cataloguing and maintaining organization of plants from seed-to-harvest using our seed-to-sale system management program.
</li>
<li>Knowledge of pest and disease control and management.
</li>
<li>Maintain and follow the cultivation department policies and procedures.
</li>
<li>Wash and sanitize all equipment. Scout all equipment, ensuring all tools are free of pests, viruses or disease.
</li>
<li>Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis they are cultivating; adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
</li>
<li>Breakdown flowers off stem and stalk of plant to separate unusable waste from useable product; employee must track the amount of unusable waste for each batch.
</li>
<li>After breakdown of plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.
</li>
</ul>

<li>Account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves separately to waste for proper tracking and disposal by managers and trim/sugar leaves to useable by-product (trim).

<li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cultivation facility while performing job duties.

Cultivation Technician I

Summary
The RMD Shift Lead, reporting directly to the RMD General Manager, is responsible for assisting in managing all daily operations of a RMD, leading a patient-centric team and achieving MMI company standards of professionalism and compassionate patient service. Additionally, the RMD Shift Lead implements and maintains the policies and procedures of MMI and ensures compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.

The successful Director, Shopper Marketing will:
