Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for a team player with experience in the cannabis industry to join our sales team in the role of Outside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate has experience managing customer relationships, extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry in Oregon and can manage the sales cycle successfully. Working knowledge of regulations and compliance for the cannabis industry in Oregon is a must, established book of business is a plus. Position reports to General Manager. Hours are 9-5, M-F.

Required Work Experience/Skills/Training

• Oregon Marijuana Worker's Permit a must
• Extensive working knowledge and experience with Oregon cannabis regulations
• Ability to utilize CRM to organize accounts, projects and day to day meetings and activities on a daily basis.
• Maintain current and accurate customer information. Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Understanding of sales cycle and ability to close a sale

• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs on occasion
• Proven time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities a must
• Understanding of cannabis concentrates marketplace
• Experience with METRC helpful but not necessary
• Experience with Leaflink helpful but not necessary
• Reliable Transportation
