WASHINGTON CORRECTIONS CENTER FOR WOMEN (WCCW) is a 75-acre facility located approximately two miles from Gig Harbor. The site includes living units, administration buildings, a health clinic, education buildings, a gymnasium, a chapel, industries buildings, food service buildings and support facilities. 
MISSION CREEK CORRECTIONS CENTER FOR WOMEN (MCCCW) is a minimum-custody facility for adult women. MCCCW's focus is to prepare female offenders women for their transition back into our communities. To do this, DOC provides opportunity for pre-screened offenders at MCCCW to work on supervised work crews. In cooperation with the Department of Natural Resources, the women participate in forest restoration, park cleanup, fishery projects, and fighting forest fires. In return they learn to develop good work ethics, expand their work skills and abilities, and provide a service to the community. In addition the facility provides other programs to enhance successful reentry.

 Duties: This job class is designated as in-training. The employee will advance to CO2 after satisfactory completion of the CO1 training requirements. 
In an adult correctional facility, Correctional Officers provide safety and security, and assist in controlling, directing, and monitoring the activities and movement of incarcerated individuals. This includes maintaining security of the institution and controlling movement into, out of and within the institution in accordance with established department methods and procedures. 
Correctional Officers are expected to be a positive role model and work with the incarcerated individuals to help them become productive members of society from the day they arrive under supervision. Correctional Officers use interpersonal skills and good communication skills to correct and counteract criminal thinking while maintaining safe confinement environments for the individuals to pursue a successful re-entry into communities. The successful candidates for Correctional Officer 1 will possess creative thinking, self-confidence, strong role-modeling and good physical and mental conditioning. 
Overtime is an essential function of this position. 
Correctional Officers must successfully complete Correctional Worker Core (CWC), a six-week academy for all correctional workers employed in DOC prison facilities. Expected Hours of Work

Head Grower – Indoor Cultivation
 Position Summary:

Curaleaf is a rapidly expanding, multi-state medical cannabis company dedicated to the needs of its patients. Reporting to the President, the Head grower will manage a large-scale indoor cultivation facility located in Connecticut. Their primary responsibilities will be to manage and optimize all the tasks in the grow including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar, trimming, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Cultivation Technician I performs manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, and grow room maintenance under the supervision of the Cultivation General Manager. Cultivation Technician I

We are currently looking for an experienced Shift Lead to help run our first dispensary in Allston.
Summary
The RMD Shift Lead, reporting directly to the RMD General Manager, is responsible for assisting in managing all daily operations of a RMD, leading a patient-centric team and achieving MMI company standards of professionalism and compassionate patient service. Additionally, the RMD Shift Lead implements and maintains the policies and procedures of MMI and ensures compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties
<ul>
<li>Responsible for either opening or closing of dispensary (key holder)</li>
<li>Balance cash and product inventory as part of daily closing procedure</li>
<li>Observing and participating in patient services during consultation and sale</li>
<li>Update Communication Binder for most current information for team members</li>
<li>Audit patient intake forms for accuracy and completion</li>
<li>Assist with Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program</li>
<li>Upholding all MMI policies and procedures</li>
<li>Provide RMD General Manager with feedback on inventory levels and sales on a weekly basis</li>
<li>Ensure that all RMD agents maintain proper recordkeeping such as patient intake forms, cash handling records, chain of custody documents and waste disposal logs</li>
<li>Help educate all team members on product offerings and any changes in state or city regulations</li>
<li>Assist with coordinating patient home delivery schedule with Delivery Manager</li>
<li>Participate in weekly and quarterly management meetings</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required</li>
<li>1 – 3 years in a retail environment managing a team</li>
<li>Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical marijuana, a plus</li>
<li>Experience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills</li>

Registered Medical Dispensary Agent (Shift Lead)

Reporting To: Director of Sales
Role Overview: 
Our growing company is searching for a Sales Administrative Assistant who can offer reliable support to the sales team to improve efficiencies as sales volume increases. The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers, ensuring that all sales orders are submitted and filled. The Sales Administrative Assistant will also work toward resolving customer service issues as needed. Ideal candidates will possess medical cannabis industry experience, expert product knowledge, and have at least 2 years customer service and/or sales experience, preferably wholesale (medical, food, alcohol, or related industry). The goal is to grow sales revenue by offering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:

<li>Preparing invoices, submitting sales orders, tracking customer feedback and issues. Accuracy of documentation, compliance, and attention to detail is paramount to the success of the Sales Assistant and our company.</li>
