General Summary:The Assistant Manager – Retail assists in the management and operation of a medical marijuana retail dispensary located in Framingham or Hudson, Massachusetts, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including 105A CMR 725 and 935 CMR 500. Temescal Wellness MA is a start-up business operating in an ever-changing regulatory landscape, and as such, the following job description may not include all necessary tasks. All employees will be expected to pitch in, as needed, to ensure the successful start-up and operation of each facility.
Requirements shall include, but not be limited to, the following:a.Develop and maintain facility-specific policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant chain of custody for all medical marijuana products:
i. Transport/delivery/receipt of delivery QA/QC and security
ii. On-site inventory QA/QC and security
b.Adhere to all standards pertaining to safety and cleanliness, and guidelines for medical marijuana and medical marijuana infused products handling and storage (e.g., OSHA, ADA, Serv-Safe)
c. Ensure all incoming and outgoing inventory complies with packaging and labeling requirements.
d. Liaise with the Sales Manager and production teammates to communicate re-stocking needs, to ensure consistent stock is available to patients and support long-term production planning.
