Overview:

Ansco &amp; Associates, LLC is seeking Equipment Operators to work out of our Northeast, GA region (Covington &amp; Athens) to operate equipment associated with installation and repair of underground/aerial utilities. Duties will include the location of existing cable, installing/repairing cable, operation of heavy equipment (Backhoe, Trencher, Directional Bore, Bucket Truck, Pole Truck, Digger Derrick, etc.), grounds restoration, flagging, and general construction as directed by Foreman/Supervisor.

 Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Drives and/or operates diesel or gasoline powered equipment to/from/on jobsite (Backhoe, Trencher, Directional Bore, Digger Derrick, Pole/Bucket Truck)</li>
<li>Property or worksite restoration</li>
<li>Performs general construction work (to include physical labor i.e. using hand tools, lifting materials on average up to 50 lbs, etc.) under direction of Foreman or Supervisor</li>
<li>Performs other duties as necessary</li>
<li>Must be able to demonstrate ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies</li>

 Qualifications:

<li>Preferred candidate will have 1-3 years minimum experience within the Utility Construction/Maintenance industry.</li>
<li>Prior experience with installation/repair/maintenance associated with underground utilities including the demonstrated ability to successfully locate existing cable, Cable/Pole placement, and excavation preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to withstand outdoor environment during all times of the year</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License preferred, CDL a plus.</li>
<li>Must be able to demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally</li>

Longwood Gardens has an opening for a full-time propagator/greenhouse grower. They will join 11 other growers, producing almost 1400 unique florist crops, in 4.5 acres of greenhouses and container fields, used to create Longwood’s world-renown displays.
 
Internationally recognized for innovative, and dynamic horticultural displays, our property consists of over 1100 acres, both public and non-public. In addition to the greenhouses, the public gardens consist of indoor and outdoor gardens and landscapes designed by Longwood’s Founder Pierre S. du Pont and some of the greatest landscape and garden designers of the 20th and 21st centuries. Longwood also has considerable natural lands and perimeter properties.
 
This is a unique hands-on position requiring attention to detail. This grower will oversee vegetative and seed propagation for the Floriculture team including about 650 crop varieties as well as crop production in 6,000 square feet of state-of-the-art greenhouses. This grower will be involved in all aspects of propagation and crop production including: sowing seeds, collecting and sticking cuttings, transplanting, potting, repotting, staking, tying, grooming, watering, fertilizing, pest management, setting mist and environmental control parameters, and receiving and delivering plant material. Periodic weekend, holiday, and evening duty is required.
 Minimum requirements include: a two-year or four-year post-secondary degree in Horticulture with emphasis on Floriculture. Job Summary

Kush Bottles is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in California. This individual would be based in our new Garden Grove facility and will be responsible for assisting sales generation; taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to prospects and existing customers, process online orders, and assist customers through online chat. Additionally, this person will ensure the Company's ERP software is updated to reflect all activities associated with the sales and order process for all assigned territories.

Examples of Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</li>
<li>
Survey the industry and target specific accounts by utilizing published regulatory databases, trade journals/magazines, and other media outlets</li>
<li>
Work to ensure CRM system is updated and orders are processed</li>
<li>
Build relationships with cannabis growers, processors and retailers</li>
<li>
Answer inbound calls assess and handle or transfer to the appropriate party</li>
<li>
Answer customer questions via online chat</li>
<li>

Qualifications Guidelines
 
Education/training/experience:

<ul>
<li>2-3 years of progressive sales and/or customer service experience</li>
<li>
History of working successfully in a fast-paced team environment</li>
<li>
Professional demeanor</li>
<li>
College degree a plus</li>
</ul>
 
Knowledge of:

<ul>
<li>Exceptional telephone skills</li>
<li>
Effective verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>
Strong time management skills</li>
<li>
Strong attention to detail</li>

Experience in Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint</li>

Job Description
 
The Wellness Consultant role is to maintain the best customer experience at all time through customer service and product knowledge. They are responsible for welcoming our patients, ensuring they are cared for and treating them with respect. Wellness Consultants evaluate the needs of our patients and offer advice about our medical cannabis strains, our variety of products and their effects.
 
Duties and responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Greet every customer who enters the dispensary with a smile.</li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent customer service creating a welcoming environment.</li>
<li>Give new customers a tour of the display including flower tiers, concentrates, sprays, topicals, edibles, etc.</li>
<li>Provide patient consultations regarding our products and their effects.</li>
<li>Assist patients with selecting the products most appropriate for their needs.</li>
<li>Communicate daily specials to customers.</li>
<li>Stay educated on new and existing product knowledge.</li>
<li>Recognize when customers may need additional help from a medical doctor, and let a manager know so that we can set them up with an appointment.</li>
<li>Keep display cases clean, ensuring all product is represented in display cases and is organized.</li>
<li>Keep dispensary clear of all trash.</li>
<li>Communicate to Managers when;</li>
<li>Extra change is needed.</li>
<li>Bar codes are not scanning.</li>
<li>The last of a product has been sold.</li>
<li>Ask for help when needed (acumulating, discounts, etc).</li>
<li>Contribute to marketing communications.</li>
<li>Act as an ambassador of Caliva and the medical cannabis industry.</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism in your appearance, attitude and verbal communications.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications/Requirements
 <ul>
<li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic cannabis laws.</li>
<li>Familiarity with medical cannabis strains, products and effects.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background check conducted by the San Jose Police Department.</li>
<li>Must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic.</li>
<li>Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>
</ul>
