Position Summary

Required Experience, Education and Skills

<li>Read customers and gauge their level of interest in direct contact and communication. Each person is unique in their level of service; it is the job of the Marketing/Customer Relations team to understand and treat people how they want to be treated. No conversation will ever be scripted, it is about how they feel;</li>
<li>Walk customers through the process of purchasing marijuana at the COMPANY. Introduce the budtender who is will assits them. When they are done purchasing walk them out. Make a ‘memorable moment’ for them;</li>
<li>Smile, shake hands, hug (when appropriate). Customers will remember your name well after they have left the dispensary or you are not doing your job.</li>

The Role

This position is responsible for manicuring wet or dry plant material, breaking down plants, and packaging plant material and infused products. This person will also have some responsibility for tracking product electronically on the company MRP system to ensure compliance with state laws and program regulations.

Qualifying education is subject to approval by the California Secretary of Food and Agriculture. Applicants qualifying under method (2) or (3) below must submit copies of qualifying degree and/or college transcripts and/or verification of eligibility issued by the CDFA.

SUMMARY
 
The Tissue Culture Technician III position leads, plans and carries out tissue culture activities alongside the Tissue Culture Manager. This position will lead Tissue Culture Tech I and II and will be responsible for culturing cannabis plants in an aseptic environment for commercial production. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, state regulated system and timelines.

Summary
 
The Production Planner at MedMen is responsible for planning the production of multiple finished goods as well as intermediary goods within the constraints of with materials availability, demand plans, resource availability and plant capacity (plans of 1-6 months and outward). The Production Planner will work closely with various departments including demand planning, cultivation, manufacturing, procurement, and materials management, etc.
