I-502 Cannabis Trimmer

We are a fast-paced, close knit Tier 2 Cannabis producer/processing company looking to expand our team as our company continues to blossom. We are searching for a passionate, punctual and professional individual who hustles and is ready to work until the job is done. Our ideal candidate is an experienced, outgoing individual, with a passion to learn, and is eager to refining their skills and build their career. This position is for a full-time Cannabis trimming and packaging position.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Trimming
• Joint Rolling
• Packaging
• Labeling
• Weighing
• Harvesting
• Pruning
• Transplanting
• General cleaning
• Etc.

Required:

• MUST BE 21 OR OLDER
• MUST BE ABLE TO TRIM A POUND A DAY (Easily)
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours a day)
• Maintain compliance with all WSLCB and company policies and procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Be a team player
• Moves with a sense of urgency (Hustles)
• Able to pass a background check
• Arrive on time everyday
• Have basic math skills
• Reliable transportation

Although experience is not necessary it is greatly preferred.

Hourly wage starts at $12/hour or DOE and the hours are Monday-Friday: 6:30am-3:00pm with some flexibility.
