Summary

Under general supervision, this position performs tasks associated with the construction/upgrade of cable television, telephone systems and power facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Load materials</li>
<li>Perform site set-up and clean-up</li>
<li>Read utility locates ,coordinates potholing, and ensures the safety of existing facilities</li>
<li>Performs daily inspection and routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment such as checking oil, water, and tires</li>
<li>Transport equipment</li>
<li>Safely and correctly direct multi-directional traffic with appropriate signage</li>
