<li>Main responsibilities include: cloning, transplanting, feeding, super cropping, flushing, spraying and trimming flowers

<li>Oversee the cultivation procedures and nutrient regimen 
</li>
<li>Ensure all recordkeeping and activities are within regulation of NY state standards 
</li>
<li>Schedule and plan milestones for the week, month and quarter 
</li>
<li>Oversee cloning processes and execute preventative maintenance to ensure the highest quality yields without loss to fungus, disease and mold 
</li>
<li>Assist cross functionally with audits 
</li>
<li>Procurement of chemicals, equipment and any necessities in the grow 
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications for the Cultivation Director: 
<ul>
<li>10 + years commercial agriculture experience 
</li>
<li>3+ years cannabis grow experience 
</li>
<li>Experience with various grow mediums and irrigation methods 
</li>
<li>Fabulous leader with a positive attitude and vision for the future 
</li>
<li>Knowledge of crop management and commercial agriculture 
</li>
<li>Knowledge of plant diseases, pests and health 
</li>
<li>Physical ability to complete necessary functions in a grow house 
</li>
<li>Strong communication and leadership skills 
</li>
<li>Must be 21 years+ and have a valid driver’s license &amp; could pass a background screening 
</li>
</ul>
Education Requirement:

<li>Specific education not required, but a Bachelors in Botany, Plant Science, Horticulture or related highly desirable</li>
