What You Will Be Doing:
The legal team is committed to responsively serving the needs and interests of our clients with professionalism, integrity, and first class legal services. As our Legal Intern, you will work with the legal department in a true start-up on a wide variety of issues including: commercial law, advertising and marketing, intellectual property, regulatory matters, and corporate governance &amp; policies. Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

<li>Meeting with property staff and asking questions needed for the site survey and obtaining all requirements upon arrival.</li>
<li>Gathering all information while on site: Layouts, floor plans, measurements, access points, etc.</li>
<li>Determining interior/exterior routing of cable by walkouts.</li>
<li>Sketching detailed drawings and include photographs.</li>
<li>Performing the daily tasks needed to conduct surveys for new build of fiber/coax cable within interior/exterior routing.</li>
<li>Obtaining the correct field information, record verification, document all details for aerial and underground telecommunications including, fiber cable, coax cable, poles, pedestals, and more.</li>
<li>Taking detailed notes when gathering information needed for permits.</li>

Qualifications:

Looking for an upbeat and customer-focused Delivery Driver needed for Ohana Gardens - a progressive state licensed recreational cannabis delivery dispensary. General Summary of Duties: 
OG Delivery team members are responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly delivery experience. Maintaining safe and efficient travel throughout Sacramento and the surrounding areas, completing accurate cash and inventory handling practices, and always providing the highest level of customer service. Understand and embrace the Mission of Ohana Gardens, affiliate organization(s), and their role in the industry and local and greater communities. 


Supervision Received: Reports to Delivery &amp; Driver Manager, with additional supervision and direction from Delivery Supervisors.

Experience in photography, videography and editing programs such as Illustrator and/or Photoshop preferred. Ideal candidate possesses experience with After Effects, Premier and In Design. Ability to quickly familiarize with relevant state laws and patients’ rights. Candidate must have a dynamic personality and be a savvy networker/relationship builder with excellent written/verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
