Welder, ASME is responsible in assisting in general metal shop needs. Monday to Friday, 9 am start time, from $28/hour to start, immediate hire. Assist to ensure that any order is ready for shipment and will operate correctly to ensure customer satisfaction. Load and off load equipment and assist in inventory control. Maintain a safe, clean and organized shop environment.

Under the supervision of the Pharmacist General Manager, the Patient Care Representative (PCR) will assist the general manager in all administrative, clinical and operational functions within a fast-paced, clinically-oriented, environment. The PCR will educate patients/caregivers on medical marijuana products under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. The PCR will promote a work environment that is positive, patient service-oriented and compliant within the guidelines of the state and company. Assist pharmacist manager in filling practitioner recommendations, and filing state required documentation based on Compassionate Care Act guidelines.

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

 WORKING CONDITIONS

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

We have invested in a fully integrated 36,000sf state of the art cultivation / extraction facility to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity and quality of our products. In addition, we will soon be opening on of only 3 licensed dispensaries in Boston.
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRPB) to help hire, train, retain our exceptional staff. The HRBP will provide day-to-day support to employees. This support includes, but is not limited to, managing the recruiting process, on-boarding new employees including set up in HRIS, benefit enrollment and employee relations.
Recruiting
In partnership with the Director of HR at iAnthus (our parent company), you will develop recruitment strategies including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board placement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning. Specifically, you will:

<li>Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.</li>
<li>Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit pool of qualified candidates.</li>
<li>Develop college recruiting programs and other sources for talent as needed.</li>
<li>Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.</li>
<li>Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.</li>
<li>Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.</li>
<li>Ensure staffing managers have the training, tools, processes, measurements, feedback and assistance to meet their staffing needs.</li>
<li>Ensure hiring practices meet all regulatory compliance and legal requirements.</li>
<li>Develop and train best practices for hiring of candidates including cost effective strategies for job postings, selective use of recruiters, sourcing and recruiting talent and interview processes.</li>
<li>Use applicant tracking system to track applicants through the selection phase to on-boarding.</li>
<li>Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.</li>

Internal HR
<ul>
<li>Communicate and serve as key point of contact for benefit plan information.</li>
<li>Ensure best practices are in place and utilized for new employee integration as well as introductory period employee reviews. Minimize any undesired attrition via effective sourcing and integration practices.</li>
<li>Provide guidance to hiring managers with hiring and employment data. Develop specialized competitive intelligence as needed.</li>
<li>Use hiring metrics to drive continuous improvements in the time and expense required to source new candidates.</li>
</ul>
Skills and Experience
<ul>
<li>3 – 5 years progressive experience in a high-growth organization</li>
<li>Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field</li>
<li>PHR / SHRM-CP certification desirable</li>
<li>Ability to positively influence team members across the organization</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws</li>
<li>Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with flexible, can-do attitude</li>
