Inventory Control Specialist Role:

Ensures adequate inventory of materials and products in accordance with inventory cycles, financials and organizational philosophy. Conducts daily inventory and production analysis to solve inventory problems before they arise. Develops and implements inventory control procedures in coordination with Microsoft NAV / Silverware. Train team responsible for touching inventory and manage ongoing inventory inputs and outputs.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all incoming inventory (Material & BOMs) management within Silverware NAV (Purchase Order > Receiving)
  • Assist in all production and outgoing inventory (Wholesale & Packaged Finished Goods) management within Silverware NAV (Production Work Orders, Transfers, Sales, Delivery)
  • Daily monitoring and evaluating of all inventory inside and outside NAV Silverware
  • Develop an inventory tracking system to streamline Cura business operations within NAV
  • Ensure accurate product inventory (Supply Chain, Lab, Manufacturing, Production, Finished)
  • Maintain and ensure inventory compliance within Metrc and NAV
  • Ensure inventory batching in NAV corresponds to inventory in Metrc and Metrc tags
  • Assess new / existing inventory to ensure naming conventions, Metrc tagging, sizing, batching and financial associated costs are accounted for allowing for compliant shipping
  • Maintain and create locations / bin locations as needed to further reconcile and organize inventory
  • Assist procurement as needed with inventory stock and forecast reporting
  • Own inventory data and processes within NAV and train team as needed in OR and other states
  • Assist CBD inventory manager in processes implemented through NAV

Requirements:
Must have ERP / MRP system experience

Not required, but huge advantage if applicant has NAV experience

Must come from inventory control background in manufacturing environment

Travel between CA operating locations required

Ability to troubleshoot software, engage and train users
