In addition, we will soon be opening on of only 3 licensed dispensaries in Boston.
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRPB) to help hire, train, retain our exceptional staff. The HRBP will provide day-to-day support to employees. This support includes, but is not limited to, managing the recruiting process, on-boarding new employees including set up in HRIS, benefit enrollment and employee relations.

In partnership with the Director of HR at iAnthus (our parent company), you will develop recruitment strategies including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board placement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
