The VP of Engineering Operations position is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly capable engineering leader. This is a significant senior leader role that offers a career path to higher level leadership.

The VP of Engineering Operations is responsible for capacity management and the direction of engineering resources and teams. They will be required to build solid working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally and to create a collaborative environment towards the achievement of client services and initiatives. They will manage to department operating budgets to achieve cost efficiencies.

QULIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field required.</li>
<li>Minimum of 15 years of cable or telecom industry experience working in operations or specialist roles.</li>

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Involves the process of loading the blended powder into the semi-automatic machine for capsule encapsulation process</li>
<li>Supplies Encapsulation Operators with materials needed for encapsulation process: barrels, empty capsules, IBCs, carts, tools, and other encapsulation supplies</li>
<li>Set-up and breakdown of machine and fixtures for processing. Work is based on specific guidelines for each machine and part. Set-up may consist of installation, changes and adjustments to fixtures. Set-up activities may require the use of hand tools.

<li>Minor, simple adjustments to machines may need to be made during processing. Adjustment may require the use of hand tools.
</li>
<li>Moves and/or stacks bins/metal plates/bucket of materials, and may load tubs of materials to work centers as applicable.</li>
<li>Carefully handles and washes encapsulation parts varying in size and weight</li>
<li>Visually and manually inspect capsule based to inspection guidelines to ensure quality standards.</li>
<li>Checks and corrects any conditions which are not conducive to a safe, clean work place. Report any safety problems immediately.

They will help in obtaining and documenting patient information during initial and follow up consultations by KCR’s Professional team. We are hiring for friendly men and women delivery drivers/warehouse workers to deliver cannabis to customers' premise and also work in the warehouse doing various duties when not delivering. We are looking someone professional, energetic, down to earth and enjoy working with others.
We are one of the few licensed recreational and medical cannabis delivery services that serves San Francisco and surrounding cities that follow all State and Federal laws to be strictly compliant. We work very hard to build a legitimate business that takes care of its patients while providing a relaxed atmosphere to work at.
Our customer care and standards are the at highest, and we expect the best from our employees to offer that to our customers.
Position Details: Minimum wage $14/hr ($15/hr July 1st) $5 per delivery + Tips Working in warehouse when not delivering. (manufacturing, packaging, labeling products etc)
Full Time (4 x 10hr days) Must work weekends and nights Full-time schedule is:
*Friday through Monday11am-9pm*
or
*Saturday through Tuesday 11am-9pm *
These are the only shifts available. Please do not apply if you cannot work those shifts.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service Deliver cannabis to customer's premises Working in warehouse when not delivering. (manufacturing, packaging, labeling products etc) Utilize GPS and smartphone applications Follow all safety protocols Abide to all policies to remain compliant with Recreational Cannabis laws Manage order inventory and cash on hand
Position Requirements: A valid and current California driver's license A good driving record (no DUI's, etc.) A clean running vehicle that is insured *OPEN AVAILABILITY* is required which includes nights and weekends Organized Good attitude Attention to detail Good time management skills Customer service experience preferred Able to follow instruction well Comfortable working with people daily Must be technology savvy to utilize our current applications Must have smart phone with data plan
