Hybrid Payroll is currently seeking an HRIS Technology Implementation Specialist to join our new client implementation team!
Hybrid Payroll is the cannabis industries oldest and largest ASO/PEO provider. The Implementation Specialist HRIS position will be based out of our headquarters in Denver, Colorado but, it is possible for the right candidate to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with both Kronos. The implementation specialist will create standard operating procedures, work with the sales team to assist with new client demo’s as well as capture client data for efficient completion of new client onboarding. Project Management experience preferred.
Duties include
Perform pre-sales product demonstrations
Lead requirement gathering sessions to understand client needs
Configuration of the application to support business processes
Execute implementation plans while exceeding expectations and meeting timelines for completion of assigned implementations
Test and troubleshoot final system setups to insure quality and the best client experience
Provide training for multiple levels of users, including employees, managers and payroll administrators, internal and external.
Provide end-user support during and after the implementation process
Overly communicate with client and internal team on status of implementations
Track work and activities in CRM Solution
Communicate and interact with all levels of client management team
Must be experienced with use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Working with peers and client POCs to insure we meet time lines and expectations as a whole
Responsibilities
Experienced in full lifecycle requirement gathering, design, implementation or coding, testing,
Deployment, and maintenance of the HRIS project
Strong knowledge of HR and business processes
Good communication, presentation, consensus building, project management, and root cause analysis skills
Responsible for incoming ticket inbox and general system support (i.e. password resets, user maintenance, patches etc.)
Provide leadership to ensure HRIS system implementation deliverables and milestones are established and met
Liaise with clients and stake holders and perform investigations into issues and provide resolutions
Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, and major variations
Serve as first point of contact for system-related issues and lead training development and execution
Create or enhance basic process documents related to existing or new systems
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Payroll, including: processing a multi-state payroll and assisting in general ledger management
Experience with payroll laws and regulations, multi-state payrolls, garnishments, pre-tax deductions, 401K, etc.
Experience with Kronos SPHR required
Experience with software implementation, upgrades and customizations preferred
Experience training others in payroll or accounting functions or processes highly desirable

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience
