The Washington State Department of Corrections is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals for the positions of Correctional Officer 1 at the Clallam Bay Corrections Center (CBCC) in Clallam Bay, WA., and the Olympic Corrections Center (OCC) in Forks, WA. Both CBCC and OCC are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 
The Clallam Bay Corrections Center (CBCC) is a 900 bed male facility located on the point of the Olympic Peninsula. It is 50 miles west of Port Angeles and looks out over the Strait of Juan de Fuca at Vancouver Island. This facility houses medium and close custody offenders. CBCC also operates an Intensive Management Unit. 
Olympic Corrections Center (OCC) is a 381 bed male facility located near the Hoh Rainforest. This facility houses minimum security offenders and offers treatment, work, and vocational programs to help ready offenders to transition back into the community. OCC also has outside work crews to serve the community as well as fire crews that work alongside Department of Natural Resource employees.

Our current on-call staff have the opportunity to work an average of 32-40 hours per week, although the positions have no minimum hour guarantee. Incumbents will be required to attend 6 weeks of full time paid training immediately upon hire and will be considered for full time permanent and/or temporary vacancies as they occur. All correctional officers, including those in on-call positions, are provided with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision and retirement as well as paid sick leave, holiday pay and paid vacation; provided they work at least 20 hours or more each week.

 Duties: This job class is designated as in-training. The employee will advance to CO2 after satisfactory completion of the CO1 training requirements. 
In an adult correctional facility, Correctional Officers provide safety and security, and assist in controlling, directing, and monitoring the activities and movement of incarcerated individuals. This includes maintaining security of the institution and controlling movement into, out of and within the institution in accordance with established department methods and procedures. 
Correctional Officers are expected to be a positive role model and work with the incarcerated individuals to help them become productive members of society from the day they arrive under supervision. Correctional Officers use interpersonal skills and good communication skills to correct and counteract criminal thinking while maintaining safe confinement environments for the individuals to pursue a successful re-entry into communities. The successful candidates for Correctional Officer 1 will possess creative thinking, self-confidence, strong role-modeling and good physical and mental conditioning. 
Overtime is an essential function of this position. 
Correctional Officers must successfully complete Correctional Worker Core (CWC), a six-week academy for all correctional workers employed in DOC prison facilities. We are seeking a Cannabis Labs Technician / Chemist (Long Beach, CA) (ISO 17025 certified)
The successful candidate should have a background in chemistry, biochemistry, or genetics, to join our team! You will be responsible for testing and analyzing cannabis and cannabis products for cannabinoids, residual solvent and processing chemicals, residual pesticides (65 pesticides), microbiological impurities (Aspergillus, E. Coli, etc), mycotoxins (Shiga Toxin / Salmonella), water content, filth and foreign materials (mold, foreign materials, Mammalian excreta), heavy metals, and terpenes prior to those products being sold in a legal dispensary within the state of California.
We require the best of the best. The most detail oriented scientists who want to venture into a new market. In addition to a competitive salary, VRX Labs offers its analysts the option to work a four day week (10 hours days), and receive a retention bonus of up to $5,000 every six months, if the technician's test results were accurate, and did not result in any significant retesting.
VRX Labs will also train the candidate on the various testing equipment prior to actually being placed in the lab.

Handle day to day accounting and provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions. Ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles or those otherwise required by Canadian standards.
Generally, this position is to act as the senior accountant or controller managing and overseeing all operational functions related to accounting and finance and participate in the development and building of the Company. While external audit and tax support is used by the Company, this position is expected to handle all accounting tasks until such time that additional accounting support is needed and hired. This position’s main focus is to support the accounting needs of the Company to promote growth and increased profits. A secondary focus on exemplary customer service and leadership is necessary to promote the personal and professional growth of the Company and the Company team.
The current job description is one of a senior accountant preferably familiar with agricultural operations and optimally the hemp and cannabis industry. Experience and familiarity with consumer-facing products, internet and retail store sales are also desired. This position includes administration and facilitation of every aspect of the accounting, HR and financial activities of the Company and its subsidiaries.
The tasks associated with the position include the management of financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions as well as ensuring company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles. Although the Company operations are currently only in Colorado, additional grow locations are being evaluated and the Company’s products are sold around the world. Again, the focus of this position is managing and growing the Company’s business and its activities; however, the overall promotion and support of the Company Companies is paramount and as other issues will be presented from time to time, this position is expected to assist and represent the interests of the Company and its subsidiaries and their respective clients. This position requires exceptional communication and leadership skills promoting the Company’s objectives, culture and standards of quality and excellence.
THE COMPANY 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The ultimate responsibility for all accounting, human resources, and finance functions rests upon this position. This position is expected to directly, or through the Company’s staff, maintain the performance and quality of the Company and expand the clients and revenues produced each year. The performance of this position will be measured by the individual performance as well as the performance of the overall group. The overall management mission of the Company is to promote a flat organization where all hands are on deck when called to battle. REPORTING
A requirement of this position is to prepare and present weekly reports and management data to the CEO and Board. These reports will contain routine information, alerts, and exception reports to fully inform the CEO and Board of all potential issues and liabilities as well as successes for the week. These reports will also be used for presentation in the weekly staff meetings and for the purposes of coaching, discipline, and praise.
PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Process management, process mapping, and system improvement are an expected role of this position. Preparing and reviewing flow diagrams and looking for process improvements to enhance repeatable quality and production are keys to success. Working with the staff and other executives to develop new processes to accomplish tasks, where increasing efficiencies or enhancing quality are viewed as essential.
SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT
This position is expected to work closely with the CEO and technical staff and vendors to examine, maintain, and improve computer and technology systems. Monitoring and tracking system efficiencies and performance.
STAFF MANAGEMENT
This position is expected to manage day to day issues concerning staff and be involved in staffing decisions, discipline, and praise. The initial interview process and employee selection, as well as review and annual evaluation, are also tasks associated with this position. The CEO will also participate and designate other participants in these processes from time to time.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
Client management as it relates to this position is expected to focus around customer service and retention. Improving and expanding relationships, Company loyalty and business ties between the Client and the Company are a central role in this position. Attending and participating in monthly client conference calls and discussing the Company’s performance are also a responsibility of this position. Success in this area will come from a combined personal effort and leadership in developing and promoting client relationships with the staff.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Accountability and performance are certainly keys to success vendor relationships; however, fiscal impact to the Company must also be recognized and managed. In cooperation with the CEO and other Company staff this position is required to assist in managing vendors making sure that the relationships are maximized and productive.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
The overall intent is for this position to participate in the fiscal management of the Company and its subsidiaries. This management will involve participation in and responsibility for several different facets of the financial management of the Company and its subsidiaries.
BUDGETARY PLANNING
It is expected that this position will participate in the preparation and analysis of the periodic budget for the Company and its clients. This process may include research and calculation of certain line items or participation in preparing projections and financial models for the coming year. Responsibilities:

<li>Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.</li>
<li>Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.</li>
<li>Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.</li>
<li>Being involved in integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to raise brand awareness.</li>
<li>Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.</li>
<li>Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.</li>

Requirements
