Sales-Innovation manager

For our upcoming Boston think tank and innovation lab, Endoca is looking for a Dedicated Organized Creative Person for Sales-Innovation manager position! Your primary role will be to help the Endoca Foundation and Endoca. University graduates are very welcome to apply.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs (an advantage)
• Good budgeting skills and ability to handle finance, margins and financial proposals to a client
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Result oriented
• The ability to generate ideas
• The ability to thrive in pressured or stressful situations
• Committed and flexible attitude to the job

Though the cannabis industry is in its infancy Endoca has been researching and producing hemp derived CBD extracts for more than a decade.
