Recreational Dispensary Manager

J.W. Jung Seed Company is a mail-order and retail company that ships quality seeds, plants and gardening accessories to all 50 states. We have five garden centers in the state of Wisconsin with our corporate headquarters stationed in Randolph, WI. We are currently seeking a Greenhouse Grower to work at our Randolph location.
This individual will work closely with the Greenhouse Manager to set up planting schedules and be involved in potting and maintaining annuals (hanging baskets, potted plants and vegetable production) as well as perennial plants as needed.
Qualified candidates must be willing to work wherever needed within the greenhouse and other departments throughout the Company. Must be willing and eligible to take and pass the pesticide applicators test, drive bobcat and forklift as well as lift 25-50 lbs. Position will require working in extreme hot and cold conditions. Must be able to stand, squat, sit, bend and reach for extended periods of time. Computer knowledge is helpful.

You will be a key member of our team that will bring the knowledge and experience of the MMJ industry needed to build our fledgling company into an industry leader. Among other responsibilities, you will help us:

Key Employee – Medical Marijuana (MMJ) Extraction & Production

Position Summary: The Accounting Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for recording a high volume of transactions for multiple locations, using QuickBooks. A Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience moving around in QuickBooks with ease, and a background in basic accounting are essential.
Only experienced candidates will be considered. You will be joining the accounting team for a reputable, established organization in the Cannabis Industry.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities
The Accounting Data Entry Specialist will perform all of the following activities and other duties as assigned: 
<ul>
<li>Record daily cash activity at various stores including: vendor purchases, daily sales receipts, cash funding of the ATM, and all cash in and out of each store, each day.</li>
<li>Before recording cash expenses, you will examine vendor invoices or receipts and assign a GL code and/or note the inventory items purchased.</li>
<li>On items where use tax must be remitted, you will verify that the proper rate has been applied. When use tax is required but has not been charged, you will accrue the proper use tax to be filed/paid later.</li>
<li>Record cash receipts for sales of inventory items, along with the sales tax collected at multiple locations.</li>
<li>Record a cash transfer when the ATM is funded with cash from the store and reconcile the amounts to statement at month end.</li>
<li>Vendor maintenance in QuickBooks and filing of physical invoices, as well as electronic records will be the responsibility of the Accounting Data Entry Specialist.</li>
</ul>
Required Education, Experience, &amp; Knowledge

Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.
 CORE JOB DUTIES
 Plant Care:
