 JOB SUMMARY
 Our company is looking for an Event Coordinator with two plus years’ experience managing and implementing corporate events. You will handle events from start to finish, assisted by in-house team resources and external contractors. As the primary point of contact for our company’s events, you will primarily coordinate with business owners, sales and marketing teams, and conference exhibitors. Our ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, has successfully worked on events with 100+ attendees, and has experience in the retail and medical industries. Event Coordinator

The Packaging/Production Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively filling, packaging and labeling our safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, solid dose and topical applications.
Shifts: 2:30pm-11:00pm OR 10:00am-6:00pm
 Responsibilities include :

Join our Phoenix Botanical Dispensary in Champaign, IL- as a Patient Agent. Your main responsibility will be to assist patients in selecting the proper medical cannabis products for their needs and are the go to product expert on duty at the store. Patient Agent engage in one-on-one conversations with patients from the time they walk into the store until they check out. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations as implemented by the state and Phoenix Botanical will be required.

Responsible for ensuring each Curaleaf member receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Assist members with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service.
 
Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
 
Develop and maintain rapport with our members.
 Ensure members’ concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate member requests and/or problems to Director when needed.
 Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for members depending on their individual needs.
 Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to members clearly and effectively.
 Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash.

 Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
 Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
 Facilitate the new membership and member renewal processes.

 Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member.
 Book appointments for members for services they request.
 Maintain a current stock of New Patient folders, Educational Materials, Intake Forms, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Curaleaf (subsidiary of Palliatech, Inc.) is a rapidly expanding, multi-state medical cannabis company dedicated to the needs of its patients. The Trimming &amp; Packaging team is responsible for managing the preparation of medical Cannabis products for distribution. The main responsibilities of the Trimming &amp; Packaging team include:

<li>Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the trimming and processing area</li>
<li>Aid in the oversight of inventory of bulk and prepackaged products. Set up appropriate inventory levels, ensure proper quantity of packages/products to meet production requirements.</li>
<li>Making sure all labeling and recording of inventory data into inventory tracking system is done in compliance with State and Company regulations and procedures.</li>
<li>Responsible for Quality Control and maintenance of all trimming and packaging equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols</li>
<li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to maximize productivity levels through efficiencies in human capital, reduction of material waste, and elimination of downtime; continue to develop and improve safety program and best practices</li>

Trimming & Packaging Specialist

Position Summary: The Accounting Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for recording a high volume of transactions for multiple locations, using QuickBooks. A Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience moving around in QuickBooks with ease, and a background in basic accounting are essential.
Only experienced candidates will be considered. You will be joining the accounting team for a reputable, established organization in the Cannabis Industry.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities
The Accounting Data Entry Specialist will perform all of the following activities and other duties as assigned: 
<ul>
<li>Record daily cash activity at various stores including: vendor purchases, daily sales receipts, cash funding of the ATM, and all cash in and out of each store, each day.</li>
<li>Before recording cash expenses, you will examine vendor invoices or receipts and assign a GL code and/or note the inventory items purchased.</li>
<li>On items where use tax must be remitted, you will verify that the proper rate has been applied. When use tax is required but has not been charged, you will accrue the proper use tax to be filed/paid later.</li>
<li>Record cash receipts for sales of inventory items, along with the sales tax collected at multiple locations.</li>
<li>Record a cash transfer when the ATM is funded with cash from the store and reconcile the amounts to statement at month end.</li>
<li>Vendor maintenance in QuickBooks and filing of physical invoices, as well as electronic records will be the responsibility of the Accounting Data Entry Specialist.</li>
</ul>
Required Education, Experience, &amp; Knowledge

<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel</li>
