Overview

This position is responsible for the completion of projects or programs and oversees all aspects of the project life cycle in a turn-key environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for a variety of projects and will rely heavily on experience and judgment to plan, organize and successfully complete projects and programs. Successful experience with large, complex turn-key programs is a must. Qualified candidates will possess excellent functional knowledge of Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and provide to management meaningful and timely reports using key performance indicators to aid in managing the health of the project or program • Enhance existing processes and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects.
<ul><li>Establishing process to account for end to end workflow that identify all turn-key touch points necessary to fulfill contractual obligations specific within a particular customer engagement</li></ul>

• Identifying transition criteria and then managing stakeholder touch points, internal and external, from receipt of customer work order through invoice approval ensuring complete contractual compliance • Removing obstacles and empowering Operations to be successful

Cresco Labs is seeking QA/QC Supervisors to join our manufacturing facilities in Joliet, IL and Brookville, PA. As a QA/QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing sampling and inspection of in-process materials and finished products, and inspection of packaged orders prior to shipment. This position will also be responsible for ensuring products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and experience working within a highly regulated industry.

Quality Control Supervisor

Our group is seeking to add one committed Delivery Driver to our roster. The Delivery Driver is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to medical patients and adult customers by delivering cannabis products to the customer directly. The Delivery Driver offers broad cannabis knowledge including but not limited to: consumption methods, health benefits, medical implications and impact, identifying and analyzing strains, remaining current regarding popular trends in the Cannabis Community as well as provides recommendations based on consumer needs.

 JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a QA/QC Agent to join our manufacturing facilities in Joliet, IL. As a QA/QC Agent, you will be responsible for performing sampling and inspection of in-process materials and finished products, and inspection of packaged orders prior to shipment. This position will also be responsible for ensuring products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications. The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and experience working within a highly regulated industry.
 CORE JOB DUTIES

<li>Performs in-process and finished product sampling and inspection.</li>
<li>Inspects packaged orders to ensure correct content and quantities.
</li>
<li>Inspects retain samples and customer return samples, as deemed necessary.</li>
<li>Reviews in-process batch documentation to ensure real-time compliance to product specifications, good documentation practices and written policies/procedures.
</li>
<li>Reviews logbooks for accuracy and completion.
</li>
<li>Performs equipment and product line clearances before and after production runs.</li>
<li>Discusses errors directly with line personnel and management so any corrections can be made in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Provide real-time feedback to operations personnel by monitoring documentation practices and overall adherence to written policies/procedures.
</li>
<li>Conducts all duties in compliance with safety rules, applicable SOPs, and other applicable guidelines.</li>
</ul>
 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
<ul>
<li>Associate Degree preferred, 2-5 years’ experience</li>
<li>Prior experience in highly regulated industry. Highly desirable: healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, cannabis.</li>
<li>Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function</li>
<li>Prior experience with ANSI/ASQ sampling and inspection procedures</li>
<li>Ability to follow written procedures and monitor others for adherence to written procedures</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented</li>
</ul>
