Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Trimming &amp; Packaging team is responsible for managing the preparation of medical Cannabis products for distribution. The main responsibilities of the Trimming &amp; Packaging team include:

Join our Phoenix Botanical Dispensary in Champaign, IL- as a Patient Agent. Your main responsibility will be to assist patients in selecting the proper medical cannabis products for their needs and are the go to product expert on duty at the store. Patient Agent engage in one-on-one conversations with patients from the time they walk into the store until they check out. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations as implemented by the state and Phoenix Botanical will be required.

Patient Agent

The Packaging/Production Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively filling, packaging and labeling our safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, solid dose and topical applications.
Shifts: 2:30pm-11:00pm OR 10:00am-6:00pm
 Responsibilities include :

<li>Proper setup and operation of filling, solid dose manufacturing, packaging and labeling equipment.</li>

The Patient Services Agent supports both the Patient Services Supervisor and the Director of Patient Services with all clinical and operational functions of the GRVT Dispensary. We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to assist with general accounting operations.
 
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and an advanced knowledge of accounting principles. This position will report to the Operations Director.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Perform month-end and year-end close processes to ensure compliance (GAAP)
 
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies tailored to the business model
 
Maintain accounting schedules including prepaid and fixed assets
 
Perform reconciliations (daily &amp; monthly) of balance sheet and expense accounts
