Digital Marketing Manager

For our upcoming Boston think tank and innovation lab, Endoca is looking for enthusiastic, creative Digital Marketing Manager who has a dream to make a difference!

Your primary role will be to help the Endoca Foundation and Endoca.

University graduates are very welcome to join the team!

Responsibilities:

• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
• Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
• Being involved in integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to raise brand awareness.
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Studies related with marketing and/or digital marketing.
• Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
• Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, tools and best practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Good operational executing.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Result oriented
• Committed and flexible attitude to the job

Though the cannabis industry is in its infancy Endoca has been researching and producing hemp derived CBD extracts for more than a decade.
