The position is to assist with the California Valley Restoration project. The incumbent will be working under the project manager and will be assisting on the collection of evidence, writing of search and abatement warrants, testifying in administrative and criminal hearings and supervising vendors and contractors in the physical abatement of illegal cannabis and abandoned cannabis sites in California Valley.

The Ideal Candidate
 The ideal candidate will have a background as a peace officer or code enforcement officer with at least 5 years experience; can write search and inspection warrants; has at least POST Level III (laws of entry and arrest) and is comfortable working with a partner in a very rural setting dealing with illegal cannabis cultivations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the emerging and fast paced environment of cannabis laboratory testing. The successful candidate will be a Laboratory Technician at our new Clackamas location, will report directly to the Laboratory Director and will be responsible for the all the steps involved in sample analysis for state mandated compliance testing of cannabis products.
This position requires knowledge of analytical chemistry and separation sciences, specifically wet lab techniques and some familiarity with instrumentation utilized for cannabis testing (LC-UV, LC-MS/MS, GC-FID, and plating techniques). Analytical methods utilized in the lab are already established and validated, however, some experience with method development, optimization and validation is beneficial. Digital Content Specialist

We are a fast-paced, close knit Tier 2 Cannabis producer/processing company looking to expand our team as our company continues to blossom. We are searching for a passionate, punctual and professional individual who hustles and is ready to work until the job is done. This Warehouse Flex position consists of both warehouse maintenance/labor as well as packaging and processing products.
Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

Grower

This role will be accountable for overseeing and integrating our operations across Cultivation, Processing, Distribution, and Sales. This role provides both high-level strategy and day-to-day operational leadership by overseeing the managers of each business unit, improving operational efficiencies, and working with leadership on quarterly and annual plans and goals.
This position will work closely with our Director of Finance and executive team on forecasting, P&amp;L management, implementing operational processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and streamlining inventory management.
This role requires strategic experience driving operational efficiencies, launching products and driving growth in key markets, and new market expansion. Experience preferred across operations, manufacturing, sales, supply chain logistics, distribution, and retail. You must have a proven track record of success in launching, scaling, and optimizing new products or businesses. What You'll Do: 
<ul>
<li>Integrate operations across key business units: nursery, cultivation, processing, distribution, and sales. Identify and solve operational inefficiencies and opportunities. Streamline business processes and procedures; improve overall workflow.</li>
<li>Supply chain management. Responsible for the performance of an efficient and reliable supply chain from seed to sale. High-level management and forecasting of cultivation, processing/production planning and cost of goods.</li>
<li>Maintain a strong focus on improvement of quality, scale, and efficiency of operations. Source and implement equipment and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and data analysis.</li>
<li>Develop KPIs across the organization to empower decision-making to ensure operations are operating efficiently.</li>
<li>Optimize inventory management and distribution/fulfillment methods and transport routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.</li>
<li>Design and implement growth plans and product roadmap with executive team. Identify and build plans for key market opportunities.</li>
<li>Work with sales team to establish targets and reporting, share best practices, and implement incentive programs.</li>
<li>Establish operational policies that promote company vision.</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Strong leadership track record with 10+ years of experience across operations, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain operations, finance, and sales.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.</li>
<li>Willing to navigate between high-level strategy and operational execution - must not be afraid to roll up sleeves and pitch in where needed.</li>
<li>Extensive project management and implementation skills. Sharp analytical skills and experience defining and reporting on performance metrics and process improvement. Ability to directly perform data analysis in order to create operational recommendations.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems.</li>
<li>Ability to navigate changing priorities with minimal information and use good judgment in stressful situations.</li>
<li>Flexibility, adaptability, and a relentlessly positive attitude.</li>
<li>Experience working within strict regulations and compliance preferred.</li>
<li>Experience working in both small and large companies preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to travel frequently between Northern California and Southern California.</li>
